"It was my first time visiting Malang, and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is brand new, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. The breakfast selection was surprisingly good, and the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is located in an area surrounded by student housing, which gives it a lively and youthful atmosphere. There are plenty of food options right outside mostly affordable, student-friendly choices but if you’re looking for something more upscale, there are also better dining options just a few hundred meters away. Convenience is another plus, with multiple Indomaret and Alfamart stores nearby that are open 24 hours. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely come back to stay at this lovely hotel again."

"I have an exam ongoing at Brawijaya University, and this hotel's location is just right—only 1.1 km by car from UB. Recommended. The only things that need to be improved are the amenities (hair dryer) and the lift."

"The room boy team are excellent. The front office/reception desk officers are the most team that needs to improve. Even though, all teams area above average in general. The breakfast service also another that needs improvement because breakfast time is until 10am, however at 9am most of the menu are empty and the worst is all become cold foods"

"The hotel is located in between Malang and Batu. About 20 mins from the hotel to Batu's Jatim parks. I stayed in a family room. The room size is just about sufficient to have a double and a single bed. The room is clean and the bath shower pressure is excellent. All the staff that we interacted with (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) were friendly and eager to assist. The WiFi works well too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeking a fuss free and value for money hotel in Malang."

"The location is actually top notch, located close to the city Centre and easy to reach all the most famous destination. The cleanliness is the best by far, I was ordering 2 times to get new towels and they prepared it well. On top of that, I was asking to change the cover of the bed and they did it at their best. The only minor in my opinion, but to me is bothering my last stay at the hotel. On the last day, I was getting breakfast as usual, ordering 2 sunny side up (half cook). I knew it was on Saturday morning and more busy compare the normal days. The cook was quite new I believe, he looked overwhelm with all the orders and suddenly he said that he ran out of the gas. Boom…all the cooking was off, all the staffs looked busy to get a new gas tube. It was around 15 minutes I guess until I came to the egg station again and asked to the same order. The cook was saying okay I will prepare it first then I would be sending to your table. No I said, I will be waiting here because the last time I ordered it he just said yes while other guests was also ordering the same thing. He was even not typing at all then how could he be remembering whose ordering the eggs. All and all, it was still a great experience and ambience to stay at this hotel. I would definitely be staying back in the next visit."

Strategic location .. the rooms, toilets and guesthouse places are clean so comfortable staying here feels like a second home .. the only thing is that the wifi is a bit slow. I don't know breakfast because I didn't order with breakfast. Next time to malang will choose this guesthouse again for staycation :)"
