Although it's not a hot spring hotel, the bathrooms in the hotel rooms are very thoughtfully designed. There's a variety of bath salts to choose from in the lobby, followed by a larger bathtub with a faucet next to it, just like in a hot spring, so you can wash yourself clean before soaking in the tub. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Fisherman's Wharf and Shore Fireplace. Breakfast is delicious with three options, and I highly recommend it.

Guest UserA premium stay and an absolute haven for onsen lovers
While this property comes at a premium price point, the quality of the amenities makes for a highly memorable stay. The room was generously spacious and comfortable, and the dining experience stood out with a truly impressive buffet offering. However, the absolute highlight of this hotel is the hot spring facilities. The onsen—particularly the one located on the 8th floor—is spectacular and I cannot praise it enough. If you are an onsen lover visiting the area, this is undoubtedly the hotel to choose.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's a two-minute walk straight ahead after turning left from the JR station. There's a bus stop and a sightseeing bus pick-up point right outside the entrance. It's also just over a ten-minute walk to Nusamai Bridge. The hotel breakfast is delicious, and there are complimentary alcoholic beverages and soft drinks on the first floor in the evenings. They also offer free hot springs. The only downside is the questionable cleanliness, which needs improvement.

JürganI am sad I didn’t get to have the free breakfast. The hotel is a little old but other than that there’s nothing to complain about. Great location to stop by.

Guest UserThe room size is just right, not too big, not too small. It has a sea view with twin beds. You can take the airport shuttle directly to the hotel. There are restaurants and a seafood market within a few hundred meters, making it convenient for getting around. The breakfast is a buffet, and it also offers a great sea view.

The room is comfortable and the service is good. Although the hot spring pool is divided into male and female time periods, the hotel provides free drinks and alcoholic beverages that are very good, and the breakfast items are very rich, and the experience is very good!

The heater inside the hotel is too hot. The moment you come out from your bedroom going to the lift is like a sauna. Air-conditioning in the room isn't working so we need to open the windows. Mosquito/ bugs is coming to the open windows . Overall the hotel is ok

Guest UserIt has good access from the station. It's on the opposite side of the railway tracks from the downtown area along the Kushiro River. If walking, you can reach Kushiro Station via a pedestrian bridge or underground passage. There is ample parking. There is a large public bath on the first floor (about 8 people in the washing area). Bicycle rentals are available for nearby places (there are no convenience stores nearby). The basic necessities are provided.

Mackey119It was conveniently located near Kushiro Station, so I stayed for one night. The room was modest and neither good nor bad, but there was no air conditioning, only a fan. Fortunately, it was cool outside on September 16th, so I was able to solve the problem by opening the window and turning on the fan, but I wouldn't recommend staying there in the middle of summer, like August.

As a stopover in Rausu, I arrived after 10 PM due to a JR train delay. The hotel facilities were rather old, and because smoking was allowed, the room smelled strongly of secondhand smoke. Fortunately, there was an air purifier, which I ran all night. Breakfast was adequate. It was raining heavily when I went to catch the train, so I asked the front desk to book a taxi. The service was quite good, and they provided translation software for communication.
