"My 3-night, 4-day stay in Miyakojima felt like breathing with the sea. As soon as I opened the door to my ocean view room, the cobalt blue ocean stretching out before me heralded the start of my trip. Each morning, the gentle lapping of the waves, along with the sunlight streaming through the curtains, woke me up. Sinking into the plush bed, the fatigue from my long journey instantly melted away. The meticulously clean space felt as comfortable as home, yet still offered that sophisticated hotel ambiance. The breakfast, brimming with fresh fruits and Okinawan dishes, was a fantastic way to energize for the day, and enjoying a cocktail at the restaurant in the evening while watching the sea turn crimson felt straight out of a movie scene. The rooftop bar and infinity pool were definitely the highlights of this trip; watching the sun set over the horizon from the water was an indescribably enchanting experience. Thanks to the warm smiles and thoughtful consideration of the staff, I didn't experience any inconvenience during my stay. Renting a bike and cycling along the coastal road, feeling the wind and the sound of the waves up close, also became an unforgettable memory. After exploring the island all day, sitting by the window in my room, gazing at the sea, all the fatigue of the journey vanished, leaving only pure tranquility. Looking back, it was a special retreat spent with the ocean. If I ever visit Miyakojima again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place."

"Many reviews say it offers great value for money, but for our family, it was even better. It was spacious enough for a family of four, and it was great that we could resolve any food issues immediately upon returning to our room. Furthermore, the large public bath on the first floor was incredibly clean, and it was wonderful to be able to wash up right after swimming and return to our room feeling refreshed. Although I didn't take photos of the interior because I filmed it, the bedding smelled odorless, and we didn't find a single bug. If you are visiting Miyakojima and don't prioritize an indoor pool, I highly recommend this place. There is no breakfast, but the facilities are just as good as a hotel. We had a wonderful time."

"Pros: The swimming pool and small beach are convenient for playing in the water; parking is close and ample; the rooms are spacious and functional; the hotel is clean; the staff speak Chinese; the housekeeping staff are very polite and smiling; the hotel shop has a wide selection of common souvenirs and local specialties. Cons: The surrounding dining options are not as numerous as in the city; latex pillows are not provided; and the breakfast options and variety are limited."

"Spacious rooms and very clean. Basic design but good value for money. Location is out of town, you will need a car. But they have car rental on site. Overall it’s great. Just watch out for car parking spaces. They have a secondary car park but it’s 800m from the hotel and you will need to get the hotel van. The road is unsafe to walk on at night as no lights."

"This luxury resort is located on the southern coast of Miyako Island. Staying on Fridays costs around $13,000 per night. The resort itself is very large, with regular shuttle buses running throughout the day and night. The hotel also provides tuk-tuks and golf carts during the day. For those with deep pockets, you can book a villa room with a pool. 😎 Our room was 55 square meters, with a living room right after the entrance. The beds were single and king-size, and the space was very spacious. The bathtub in the bathroom overlooked the balcony, and the view was quite relaxing. The refrigerator provided two free bottles of beer and two bottles of tea, and a capsule coffee machine was a must-have. I loved the living room in the room, facing the large floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for relaxing and browsing my phone. The pool is small and square, unassuming, but the lush greenery creates a relaxing and relaxing atmosphere. Every day at 9:30 AM, you can feed the turtles in the hotel lagoon. Even before the time arrives, you'll see them gathered by the lagoon, waiting for you. Watching them swimming freely is so relaxing! 💚 The best thing about staying here is that even if you don't see any turtles while out at sea, the hotel guarantees you'll see some. The room rate is totally worth it! Almost all restaurants in the park require reservations for the evening. We didn't make reservations and went to a Chinese hot pot restaurant, #LittleFatSheep, which was also delicious. If you have the opportunity to make reservations, consider teppanyaki or yakiniku restaurants, both of which are excellent. We only stayed one day, so we didn't have much time to experience all the activities in the park, and we didn't get to go to the Golden Hot Springs, which was a bit of a shame."

For daily outings, I relied entirely on public transport; several bus lines stop right outside the hotel, connecting to areas like Shimojishima. Waiting times were acceptable, but buses aren't super frequent, so checking the schedule beforehand is advisable. Environment: It boasts a prime beachfront location. When the weather was good, the ocean's color was stunning, truly giving off vacation vibes. The resort grounds are generally quiet, not too crowded, making it perfect for guests looking to relax and avoid bustling crowds. Facilities: The room size was adequate. While the facilities aren't brand new, they are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Public areas are practical; both the pool and beach were quite clean, providing a consistently good experience. Service: The service leans towards professional and efficient rather than overly enthusiastic, but responses were prompt, and communication was smooth, which was reassuring overall. Breakfast and Dinner: Breakfast offered a good variety, with both Japanese and Western options, and the quality was consistent – perfectly fine for several consecutive days. Dinner maintained a steady standard, and the price was reasonable for a resort hotel. It's a great option when you don't feel like going out. Surroundings and Overall Impression: Miyako Island generally has a slow pace, and its beaches are high quality. Using this hotel as a base, you can cover some major areas simply by using public transportation. Overall, my stay was very satisfying; the strengths were prominent, and any minor drawbacks were acceptable. If I return to Miyako Island, I would consider staying here again."

"It was a very pleasant stay! The staff are very helpful, gave me some great recommendations for food. Also they are very thoughtful to have helped arrange everything for you, from the time of breakfast to the moment you leave the hotel, they have got it all sorted and made sure also that we are fine with every decisions. The room has a good view facing the ocean where you can see the sunset, and it's super clean! Would highly recommend"

"I think choosing this hotel on Miyakojima for my honeymoon was the best choice :) The facilities, programs, and view were all perfect, and I was happy every time I opened my eyes. The room cleaning service and other programs held daily by the hotel itself, such as yoga, bath salt making, and sunset delight (champagne and cocktails provided), are attractive points that make you not bored if you have to stay at the hotel in bad weather! The breakfast was so delicious and the view was so great that I definitely plan to visit again if I go to Miyako again. However, since it is located on Irabu Island, if you plan on moving around Miyakojima a lot or prefer the city, I recommend splitting your stay into several periods!"
