Pattaya Spa Hotels

We booked this hotel specifically for its fantastic large swimming pool, and upon arrival, all I could say was, 'Absolutely loved it!' The pool has a dedicated kids' area with slides, a giant water bucket, a large mushroom sprinkler, and even an inflatable play zone. The children had an absolute blast! There were also staff members supervising the area. When we finished swimming, we even got free popsicles. There's also a poolside bar where you can order drinks or alcohol (at an additional cost). All rooms are pool-facing. The ground floor rooms have twin beds, and the second-floor rooms have king-size beds. Each floor has a bathroom and a large bathtub, making it perfect for family travel. Breakfast is included. Since the accommodation area is a bit far from the lobby and breakfast restaurant, you just need to call, and a car will come to pick you up. We paid a deposit upon check-in (some toiletries like bath sponges and certain bottled water incur a charge, so it's good to ask upon arrival). Overall, the experience was great, and it was very quiet at night. The hotel actually offers many other activities and restaurants, but we had our own itinerary and didn't get to experience them all. It feels like you could easily spend a long time just enjoying the hotel's amenities alone! 😊

It is a family woth kids hotel. Ideal for kids at all age group to come and enjoy their holiday. Food and drinks are on the expensive side though. The check in and check out counter needs improvement; too long waiting time and the attitude of the concierge is not on the positive side. All other staffs did their best at their duties to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. We love our suite rooms. But activities are focused inside the hotel only because should you leave the hotel with your car, you will immediately loose your parking spot and you will need to search for another that is a very far walk to the lobby or a very tight one. We can feel the effort of the hotel to manage the high volume crowd. All in all, the stay was a 5 star, our kid enjoyed so much we came more than once already. Ps. Some food vouchers were given when booked directly from the hotel, but excluded when booked from Trip.com. We felt a bit let down by this.

The environment here is fantastic, and both pools are super comfortable. Their spa is particularly renowned; guests even travel from Bangkok, Thailand, specifically for holidays, weddings, and spa treatments. If you stay here, you absolutely must experience their spa – personally, I think it offers better value than spas in Bangkok or Phuket. The spa facility is right next to the hotel, with a great ambiance, excellent service, and professional therapists. The hotel service is also top-notch. While it's not within walking distance of the beach or shopping malls, taxis are quick and convenient. Plus, there are some delicious and affordable local restaurants on the street directly opposite the hotel.

Gave me a free upgrade to a large, comfortable room.   Good staff.    Generous breakfast.    Good hot water.   Internet 47 Mbps.    Caution: there is a large cell tower on the roof of the adjacent Jomtien Longstay hotel -- you might wish to check whether your room will be facing it. 

Overall, it's good! Perfect for those on a budget who still want a beautiful, healing place. The Lanna-style decor is lovely, and the swimming pool is huge and great for fun. The only downside is the location, which is quite far from the city center and food hubs.

We stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. This is truly one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. We sincerely thank the entire team for the care and the wonderful atmosphere. For those seeking peaceful, beautiful and truly high-quality relaxation — this hotel is a perfect choice. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room had unique character, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The views from the pool were absolutely stunning, and I'll definitely bring the kids back next time! It also boasts the best beach for sunsets, several distinct pools, delightful balcony views, and spectacular night scenery.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Arriving in the early morning after a long international flight, we were met with outstanding hospitality from the very first step into the lobby. Our room was absolutely stunning, featuring a private balcony with a breathtaking view. It was thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could need. A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest. The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day. We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us. Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
