"It was decent and I had a comfortable sleep. Might be around a 15-min walk to the station. No problem with check in and out. Restroom were decent. They also have an onsen which I like so much."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others."

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated how the bath and luggage storage areas were separate from the capsule area, which made for a much quieter and more restful stay compared to other similar facilities. There were also plenty of showers, sinks, and hairdryers, so I never felt like it was crowded. Another nice touch was that each guest received their own bath mat. This kept the changing rooms clean and dry, which was a pleasant surprise. My only minor complaint was that my capsule felt a bit cold. Even with thermal underwear under the provided loungewear, I woke up in the middle of the night because of the chill. It would be even more comfortable if blankets were available for rent or if the room temperature could be adjusted."

"Location a little away from the centre, no that easy to get to but in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff with good service. Also allowed to leave baggage after check in. The lady who helped with that also had perfect English. Unfortunately I ended up at a time where the prices were extortionate due to some event happening but this was the most affordably priced option without sacrificing too much, also one of the very few with rooms available at that time too. Happy with this and would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance to the centre."

"Traveling solo to Sendai for an ice show, and this hotel was such a comfortable base for my first trip! It's super close to Sendai Station, with a convenience store and restaurants right downstairs. Plus, there's a Don Quijote and Daiso nearby, so you could easily spend a lot of happy time just exploring the immediate area. The facilities are great too; you can grab disposable toiletries yourself, and both the desk area and bathroom were really comfortable."

"It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new. Definitely recommend this hotel without doubt. There is one time we lost a piece of socks from the laundry room, they were able to found it and return it to us. Very grateful to the receptionist and staff(namely加藤) found the lost socks."

"The atmosphere here is absolutely amazing so calm and quiet. The staff provided great service throughout our stay. The room (21sqm) was a bit cozy, and more space would be a plus, but it was perfectly fine for a good rest before continuing our travels. Overall, a very pleasant experience."

"We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel."

"The room was small but clean. It's very close to the station and also within walking distance of the main shopping street where you can see the big posters. The AER observation deck is right next door. I was so surprised by how extensive the breakfast buffet was – for this price, it's really great value for money!"
