"The hotel's location is excellent. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building, which also houses the Shinkansen and JR stations. Inside the building, you'll find plenty of dining options, a supermarket, and shops. The surrounding area is bustling with even more shopping malls. It's incredibly convenient on a rainy day, as you can spend half the day exploring without even stepping outside. "Truly a 10/10 experience. The interior is just as aesthetic and spacious as the pictures suggest. "Amazing hotel with great service. All the amenities provided are top notch, and perhaps being a business hotel, it comes with everything imaginable in your room. Fridge, water kettle, pajamas, notepad and pen, alarm clock (yes, analog Casio), USB C-A converter because the bed still has USB A socket, takubin (luggage delivery) forms, trouser press, shoe brush, etc, etc. I think their motto is don't wait until the guest ask for it, just make sure it's available. They really anticipated everything. Starbucks and 711 on the 1st floor. Wanted to try the restaurant on the 13th floor, but because I had no reservation, and there were already many people there, sadly they turned me away."

"The hotel is conveniently located just right outside of the train station (shinkansen west exit) and it’s linked to the shopping malls that are around the stations. The bus stops are just below as well, good if you are taking a bus out or if you joined day trips departing from Sendai. The hotel is also very comfortable and the hotel staff are very friendly."

"Although the room was small, it was very clean and had everything I needed. Toiletries could be picked up on the first floor. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Parking was convenient for self-drivers, as there's a surface parking lot right across the street. It's also close to the morning market, and there are various fresh rice balls (onigiri) sold right next door in the mornings."

Reception is helpful even though we arrived at 11am, she helped to store our luggages snd gave full explanation.
Close to Sendai station but aware of losing direction so be sure to ask local for direction first when heading to hotel.
Breakfast is excellent and those ladies worked in the canteen were professional.
Quiet and sleep well.
Lots of amenities were placed near the elevator at G/F.
Lucky that day were sunny so using the Loople bus to get around but the next day (4/Apr/2026

"A very nice and convenient hotel. About 8 min walk from sendai main station. The hotel entrance along the road can bit a bit of challenge to find but just keep a eye on it. The room is large and spacious by japanese standard. I did not try the breakfast but they provide free starbuck coffee at lounge from 1400 to 2200hrs. Would be good if they can change that hrs to morning onwards. They provide two type of pillows, one hard and one soft..which is good.

"VVery nice hostel in a good location near train station..Have an Onsen, microwave, hot water, a place to sit down and eat or working at your floor..not have a fridge.
I came too early, because of my train from Tokyo (around 1.30 pm) and i need to wait until 3 pm for check in. Beds ready, clean ready...but need to waiting the check in time..and it'fair isn't. The only problem was they start check in process 5-7 mins before 3 pm and they was very slowly and not professional...my time for check in it was 3.15 pm if not more...one of the last check in there. And this happened especialy because one disrespectful girl, she was determined to delay the proceedings—even more than others already had. Ugly and disrespectful attitude, make me lose time everytime..she had and fun about this when i explain her i not appreciateher jokes.
She, as well as all the others, either doesn't know how to speak English or doesn't want to... just simple words, like ”key.”
I expected more from one hotel (or hostel) in Japan.
I was disappointed with the choice of this hostel.
It is very difficult to find the hotel without help, as its name is written only in Japanese. The bed is very hard; it feels like sitting or sleeping on a wooden plank."

Tatiana AnashkoThis hotel was an excellent choice, and I was honestly surprised that it was so affordable.
The location is very convenient, right near Sendai Station, so it was easy to get there with suitcases. Check-in starts at 3 p.m., but if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage or relax in the hotel. At 3 p.m., someone was playing the piano, and guests could enjoy drinks and snacks, including very tasty mochi.
The room was spacious, and every centimeter was used thoughtfully. There were shelves, hangers, and everything we needed. Pajamas, slippers, and bath amenities were provided, and in addition to the usual items, there was also a facial care set.
The public bath was another great feature, especially after a long day of walking. Washing machines and dryers were available on the same floor, which was very convenient.
We tried the breakfast on one of the days, and it was definitely worth it. While we were eating, an organ was playing, which made the atmosphere even more special.
I can only recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back. Thank you very much!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The spacious environment made the stay very comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, featuring a rainfall shower and a separate wet and dry area for added convenience. The extra-large double bed came with four pillow options, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the room provided a hairdryer, straightener, and curling iron, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and friendly, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

Guest UserThis hotel in Sendai is extremely friendly to international travelers. One of the staff members can speak Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for us. She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient.
The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent as well — it is very close to Sendai Station, and there are supermarkets and many shops nearby, making it very convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and there is really nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Sendai.

The location is great, right in a shopping street, about a 15-minute walk from the station. There are plenty of shops nearby, making it very convenient for dining and other needs. The hotel uses a self-service check-in and check-out system at the front desk, and the overall experience was excellent. The room I booked this time was over 30 square meters, which is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel and offers great value for money. The facilities are also relatively new. I'm very satisfied with my stay.

We were to people during 3 nights.
The pictures are from after our stay, that’s why it’s a bit messy. It was very tidy and nice before we moved in for our stay.
It was quite close to the station and a lot of restaurants close by, and extremely close to the morning market as well, which was nice.
The room was very nice and clean. A little bit spacious as well. If you have a suitcase I think you maybe manage to open it somehow. We didn’t use any cleaning service. They also had a sign you could use if you didn’t want new towels (which I thought was good from the environmental perspective).
The people were nice and polite. The amenity was good as well. They had de basic stuff, which was good.
Overall we think we had a very nice stay at this hotel.

Guest UserA very comfortable stay. The hotel is close to Sendai Station and there are several carparks nearby. It was also very convenient to have a FamilyMart next to the lobby on the ground floor. The laundry area is quite small and would have been nicer if there were more machines available. The dryer was unfortunately not very efficient. Service was great and the hotel was very clean. Rooms were of a good size. Would return.

Guest UserI absolutely loved this chain hotel. It's conveniently located very close to the station, though I'd recommend using navigation for the most straightforward route. Upon exiting the station, the easiest way is to head up to the second floor, walk a short distance, cross the street, and then take the stairs down. The room was a good size, and the layout was very practical.

Guest UserThe hotel was very clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated how the bath and luggage storage areas were separate from the capsule area, which made for a much quieter and more restful stay compared to other similar facilities.
There were also plenty of showers, sinks, and hairdryers, so I never felt like it was crowded.
Another nice touch was that each guest received their own bath mat. This kept the changing rooms clean and dry, which was a pleasant surprise.
My only minor complaint was that my capsule felt a bit cold. Even with thermal underwear under the provided loungewear, I woke up in the middle of the night because of the chill. It would be even more comfortable if blankets were available for rent or if the room temperature could be adjusted.

The room was not bad, the service was very good, the standard Japanese-style economy hotel, Japanese-style service, would not disappoint. Surrounded by residential areas, it is quiet. Although it is a little far from Sendai Railway Station, I have walked past it. It is fine to go.
