"Great accommodation! It's a bit far from the center, but they offer to pick you up and take you wherever you need to go. In fact, we had to go to the doctor, and the guy didn't leave our side until everything was sorted. Not to mention the amazing views of Ella from there. They were super friendly from the moment we arrived. Without a doubt, if I return to Ella, I'd stay at this hotel again."

"I'd like to share more than just a review, but a sincere thank you for several days of absolute peace and pleasure. It wasn't a typical vacation, but a true recharge. This villa is in a stunning location, surrounded by green hills and tea plantations! The hotel has only two spacious rooms, both with balconies and panoramic views. Everything is clean and tidy. There were four of us traveling, and it felt like the house was ours! It was amazing! Breakfast was prepared on time, and it was varied over both days. Large portions, everything was delicious: fruit, roti, burgers, several egg options, pancakes, and drinks to choose from. Nearby there's a picturesque railway bridge and a restaurant serving local cuisine. The city center is a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride along the serpentine roads. Special thanks to the hotel owner and manager, who were always ready to help, share information, and offer assistance! We will be happy to come back again!"

"Perfect Stay in the Heart of Ella! We recently stayed at Bridge Front Inn and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything about this place is excellent. The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly; they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were greeted with a complimentary freshly made passion fruit juice, which was a delicious way to start our stay. The location is simply ideal — right next to the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, making it super convenient for exploring Ella's main attractions on foot. Although we didn't use their shuttle service because we weren't aware of it when booking, the owner kindly agreed to drive us to a restaurant one evening, showing true hospitality. The food was another highlight, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention as there is an enormous selection of dishes to choose from. Our room was spotlessly clean with fresh bed linen and brilliantly white towels. Highly recommended!"

"Keeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate."

"The hotel is on the hillside, with a good mountain view, the room bathroom is super large, the only room that is not damp in the 20 days of living in Sri Lanka, if there is air conditioning, it will be perfect.  It is more than 20 minutes' drive from Ella Town.  Ella is mostly sloped . It is basically a curved path to various hotels and homestays. It is very suitable for  people who want to be quarantined for a few days to live for a few days. I especially want to praise their service team. A few simple warm and friendly local boys, they really want to be good to every guest staying, thank you for the delicious breakfast."

"Что хорошо: гостеприимство хозяина настолько сыграло большую роль, что мы почувствали себя своими,как у самых доброжелательных и искренних родственников. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое, вплоть до утюга, обогревателя, чайника, сушилки для вещей. Отель без изысков современных гостиниц (в нём нет супер модного ремонта или шикарного интерьера), но в нём чувствуется, что о комфорте гостей думают: в первую очередь потому, что мы заселились на сутки позже бронирования, нас к сожалению, по пути из Нувара-Элии в Эллу застал разгар циклона с проливным дождем, но хозяин лично нас встретил на пороге, попросил свою управляющую по кухне задержаться ради нас и приготовить еду. Хотя во время нашего заселения на завтрак по таймингу давно мы опоздали, и тем не менее, сотрудники вежливо подождали, позволив нам намокшим, замерзшим сначала принять горячий душ и переодеться, а потом молодой работник подал наш завтрак и сразу помог нам донести вещи до номера. В день, когда мы не смогли заселиться вовремя, с нами были на связи и предлагали помощь, чтобы мы смогли благополучно добраться до места назначения, просто арендованные байки оставляли нам мало вариантов для действий, чтобы эту помощь принять, хотя предложение с их стороны было бесценно. Как итог - персонал отеля отнесся к нам с пониманием и заботой. Поэтому Duet Hearts в наших сердцах действительно занял место для теплых и душевных воспоминаний. Завтрак простой, но голодными перед прогулкой по городу не останетесь точно. Удобно расположен для пеших маршрутов по Элле: есть выход и к туристическим улицам, и до девятиарочного моста мы ходили самостоятельно, не используя услуги такси. Из минусов: Подъездная дорога к отелю из ухабов, местами размытая почва, щебень, будьте осторожны в дождливую погоду, но проехать как самому, так и с водителем или пройти пешком - вполне реально. На территории отеля нет лоска в благоустройстве, но любоваться джунглями со второго этажа гостиницы нам этот нюанс не мешал. В этой Duet Hearts нам удалось почувствовать уют, умиротворение - hugge, несмотря на испытания мокрой погодой нон-стопом. Однозначно рекомендуем к посещению."

"The view is the best as it is located at the top of Ella! .. However, due to the development around me, the road is narrow and the slope is severe, so it is exciting when going by car ㅜㅜ.. Only the first floor and some facilities are open because it is still under construction, and the ingredients are not ready yet.. The staff are friendly, but it's too much to get the price in the present condition."
