"Couples or even groups of friends will find this place to be ideal for relaxing. The abundance of historic homes and artefacts from notable people in the past evokes nostalgic feelings. The staff is incredibly helpful, pleasant, and quick to respond. The only real drawbacks are the unusually quiet floor and the lack of a bidet in our room. The road leading up to the resort is very uneven and dangerous for cars. To make matters worse, they charge extra for extra mineral water, which is totally unfair. There are other hotels and resorts all over the globe where this isn't the norm. I hope this can be reviewed and made better. Not only that, the hot water flow from the toilet is extremely low."

"Very clean... I think the CR is cleaned every hour. I guess the only downside is that (if I am not mistaken) there is only 1 toilet per floor. Room is comfy. There is a microwave and water dispenser. Board games available for those who want to pass the time. TV has many streaming services. Highly recommended."

"The room is fully equipped, the sleep is very comfortable, the hotel has a beautiful environment and the sun pool is great! Just a few steps from the resort, there are many places to eat around! Very fun! The water is also very clear!"

"Easy check in friendly staff, smoking area is situated on the 3rd floor balcony. Breakfast is fried egg with rice along with fresh fruit and bottle of mineral water. Lots of takeaway places outside for food. WIFI IS available in the rooms although site says only public areas. Youtube and Netflix is on the TV but couldn't access the cable TV. Clean room and fresh linen. Fridge is available along with towels, body wash and shampoo. Toothbrushes and tooth paste aren't available."

"The place is really relaxing and the rooms were nice. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, but the service was pretty bad at all the food establishments in the resort. The beach bar took pretty long to serve the food, to the point where one of our family members waited outside the kitchen to get the food so she can give it to her kids. When we ordered room service, the order was placed at around 8:30 and we received it past 10 pm with around 2-3 calls to follow up on the orders. At first, we thought that it was due to the amount of order since they had a lot of guests, but before check out, some of our party members went to the bar to get a drink where they took almost 20 minutes to notice we were in the empty bar, take our order and make frozen margaritas. Another disappointing thing was that they advertised a basketball and tennis court on their website, but when we tried to reserve a court the staff said that they didn't have any of the two. It would have been nice if they had put on their website that these amenities were coming soon instead of making it seem like they were already available. In spite of these things, our stay was still pleasant and I understand that it is a pretty new resort and they have things they need to improve on. I hope that they can take these as constructive criticism and use it to improve the overall experience."

"The menu for breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. The waiters were friendly and nice to us and food was excellent. But our room had quite a lot of dust and the toilet needs more cleaning. But most of all all the staff are nice and approachable. Thank you to all the friendly staff at crown Royale hotel."
