The guards were welcoming and attentive. That tone carried all the way through the stay. Every single person we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely helpful. Karl at the front desk stood out. World-class service. Calm, efficient, and professional. The kind of interaction that sets the tone for the entire stay. The location made everything easy. Being right near The Podium and Megamall meant we could step out for shopping or a good meal without planning too much. For a family trip, that convenience matters. Our room was spacious. Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. Exactly what you want when traveling with the people who matter most."

"Decent. No dental kit, it is sold separately. Sandals as well. Other than that, pretty good. There are several choices for breakfast menu but they dont have dining room, just share table."

"The room was quite clean and quiet at night. When the kettle broke, they quickly replaced it for me. The front desk staff were always available, and I wasn't required to pay a deposit when checking in. Picture 1 shows the breakfast restaurant on the 6th floor. It cost 420 pesos, and while there weren't many options, it was quite tasty."

"I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable—honestly, the bed was so cozy that I fell asleep almost instantly every night. It made a huge difference after a long day. The staff were also outstanding. "I had a five - day stay here and was entitled to one room cleaning or linen change. However, I was disappointed that when I requested it, the linens, pillowcases, bedsheets, and comforters were not changed. They didn't even refill the tissues or shampoo. I didn't bother checking earlier since I arrived at 2:00 AM and didn't wake up until 11:00 AM. I also didn't call reception because I was only an hour away from checking out when I woke up. However, the staff were very polite and welcoming."

"Wynwood Hotel was a good experience considering the price. The staff were very gentle, polite, and kind. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and Robinsons Galleria, which was very convenient. However, the amenities felt a bit limited for me, and the view from the room window was quite disappointing because the next building was very close. The breakfast was good. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, so my expectations were quite high. Although it did not exceed my expectations, I was not disappointed either. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The soundproofing was also good. Even though it was the Christmas season and the hotel seemed busy, it was very quiet inside the room. There are two elevators, but only one was operating during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the holiday season. Another issue for me was the shower water temperature, as it kept changing from hot to cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, considering the price, amenities, facilities, and room condition, I think the stay was worth the cost, and I was satisfied with my stay."

"I love staying at Astoria Plaza mainly because of the wonderful customer service experience. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping team are so friendly and accommodating. The awesome staff in the restaurant are so attentive. Big thank you goes to Ador and Jinky for their kind attention especially when I had laryngitis, made me some “salabat” (ginger tea) with lemon & honey.   Con: The only reason I’ll consider not staying at Astoria again is the high bathtub/shower in the one bedroom suite. I am a senior citizen with some mobility issues. Going in and out of the high bathtub is quite challenging now. It’s a fall risk area, no hand bars for support so I had to crawl out of it."

"The hotel's location in Ortigas, Pasig City, is fantastic. It's within walking distance to Mega Mall and The Podium, and if traffic isn't bad, it's only about a 30-minute drive to the airport. So, geographically, I was very satisfied. However, there were some disappointing aspects regarding the service. It was difficult to reach housekeeping and reception by phone. Even though I booked for two people, there was only one pair of indoor slippers and one bathrobe, which was a bit of a letdown. Especially at check-in, despite only two people being ahead of me and seeing more than five staff members, I still had to wait for almost 20 minutes. I was told they would call me when the room was ready, so I waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes. When no one called, I went back to reception only to find out the key was already prepared. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were supposed to include a bathtub, but I was assigned a room without one. It took nearly 30 minutes to get it changed. Thanks to this, I did get an upgrade from a queen to a king bed, but the slow response times, lack of amenities, and somewhat outdated facilities were undeniably disappointing. There was also a continuous thumping noise after 2 AM, and in the morning, I discovered it was due to construction in the adjacent room. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also an issue, with hair found in the bathtub. On the brighter side, the breakfast was a neat Asian-style meal. Although the variety wasn't extensive, the taste was decent. Given that I knew it wasn't a brand-new hotel before booking, I wasn't bothered by the older facilities. The unobstructed view and convenient access to nearby amenities and transportation were great, and I was very satisfied with the price. Therefore, I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone looking for a good value-for-money trip."

"Location: superb Cleanliness: great Value for money: great savings Service: almost perfect Food: bland (order calamares) Amenities: so so (solely for business travel not for leisure) Room: spacious, clean, smelled okay, aircon and TV was working fine, mini bar ref cover was loose and cannot be closed properly. Pillows, bed cover and Bed Sheets was superb and had a good night sleep. The room was not as advertised before booking. It clearly indicated that the business queen room offers wired internet access, however upon checking the room we did not find any. The front desk advice that all rooms does not have wired internet access and it does not work. The sole purpose of my booking was due to business purposes and the wired internet connection was the top priority. Though the wireless internet worked properly from 2am to 6am, intermittent connection is experienced after those hours. (Was using laptop 💻). After 3 days we decided to add another night then requested to have the room cleaned. We called the front desk attention multiple times and went outside to give the cleaners time but upon our return the room was still not cleaned so we needed to call the front desk attention again twice before someone came up to clean."
