"Exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean and relaxing. I requested a quiet room (away from the stairs or elevator) upon booking, but it seemed my request had been overlooked and we were given a room near the elevator. However, the staff were apologetic and helpful. We were transfered to another room while waiting at the lobby. I didn't have any concerns with the room we occupied. We had the good rest that we came here for. It was helpful that it was walking distance to SM East Ortigas, just that traffic on the way is of course an issue as the road is a very busy raod. Anyway, if a quiet and confortable place is what you're after, this is a place to be. Working TV and Netflix is a very big plus too! I will definitely check in again if I come past this area."

GGuest UserThe Ace Hotel and Suites not only offers a good stay but an overall great experience. The water spa inside the hotel, its location just a few minutes walk to Capitol Commons and Estancia Mall, lots of dining options in the area as well as in-house, etc. The room is also spacious and clean.

HHana7We stayed here about 2 years ago, so we tried again. There was a bathtub, which was very good. We expected breakfast but too many fried foods. My daughter and I ordered omlets but the young staff couldnât take order properly. I think she needs to study English more. We stayed for 2 nights but breakfast were almost same for 2 mornings.

Eemmanuel carilloWe had a wonderful stay at Discovery Suites Manila with our family. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for kidsâour children absolutely loved it. The pool was another highlight and became a favorite spot for the whole family.
We also celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel made it truly special. We deeply appreciate the thoughtful effort in providing a cake and wine, along with the beautiful greeting banner. These small but meaningful touches made our celebration unforgettable.
Thank you to the Discovery Suites Manila team for the excellent service, attention to detail, and for helping us create such memorable moments. We highly recommend this hotel for families and special occasions.

GGuest UserDeliberate attempt by the hotel to mislead guests by using the same photos of different room types for all their rooms. Appreciate the upgrade but left a bad taste at how it was eventually done.
Housekeeping is poor as they either leave my clothes on the phone, did not change the soiled bedsheet, or failed to top up the tea. Read many reviews about the limited breakfast which is true, so I wanted to book room without breakfast but there's no option for it. Again you can see how deliberate the hotel is in their attempt to cover up.
The positives are a comfortable bed and constant shower temperature/pressure.

AadmiralcrunchieStay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying âleave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.â which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine.
The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd.
Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC.

We stayed to celebrate my mommyâs and cousinâs birthdays and booked two 3-bedroom suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for family bonding. We truly enjoyed our stay â thank you, Linden Suites, for making our celebration special! đ
