"Location - near highway, we got room 300plus fronting the hotel to the outside so a lot of noise.
Room amenities- got 1 towel only for 2 pax, requested to the front desk but was not attended to.
Aircon - not that cold and looks old
Bathroom door has dry stains, clogged drainage and lavatory but the bathroom smell is ok. Also, it has a good running water and strong flush/bidet.
Lobby felt eerie and has dark vibes
The Pancit had small insect that we only later found out.
Keycard is wornout.
Neighboring room was noisy (loud bang when closing the door and had noises from the wall). fast wifi and Free Netflix
Bed was hard and facing the door so it is bad feng shui."

had a good stay overall! the room and all amenities were clean, love that the gym is 24/7 too! service was great too where every staff member was observant, welcoming and polite, really appreciated that the housekeeping staff noticed i had asked for extra bottles of water beforehand and gave me extra without me having to request! visited for business so cannot comment on whether the location is good for leisure travels, but the nearest malls were about a 10min walk away. overall would definitely return.

The soundproofing is pretty bad, and for environmental reasons, there's no bottled water in the room, just a water dispenser, which always makes me feel a bit unsafe. It's quite noisy, the environment is just so-so, but the decor is decent.

Job De LunaWe had a really nice stay at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas as a couple. The location is excellent — right in Ortigas Center with easy walking access to SM Megamall, shopping, restaurants, and transport, which made exploring the area super convenient. 
The room was comfortable, clean, and just the right size for two of us. The bed was cozy, and the free Wi-Fi worked well for planning our days. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay. 
Breakfast was a nice start to the day, and overall we felt the hotel was great value for money — especially if you want a simple but well-located place in the city. There were a few minor things like some older fixtures and occasional small maintenance issues reported by other guests, but it didn’t significantly affect our experience. 
Would recommend this for couples looking for a comfortable, affordable base in Ortigas! 💑

Guest UserThe room was spacious and the facilities were well maintained. Had a bit of an issue with the tub and the sink as the stopper was not working properly and water still gets drained slowly. Food was nice. A little inconvenient that you need to have a keycard to use the elevator and only one was provided to us.

Pros:
The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores.
Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive.
Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure.
Cons:
For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it.
The room door is annoyingly hard to open.
Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing.
Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small.
Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities.
Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.

Ang bagal ng service ng food. Kahit order ng ice imaabot parin ng ilan oras. but yun room is okay. maganda and malinis. staff is also friendly too. lalo si kuya sa front desk na hinanapqn kami ng maayos na room.😊
