"The service was great, right from the valet staff. The location is excellent, right by the beach, just across the street. There are plenty of food options and a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the staff kept it refilled and provided constant service. There's a swimming pool on the 17th floor and another one in front of the hotel, both convenient to use. However, the mattress was springy and not very comfortable, and there weren't enough foot towels, though you can ask for more."

"*Great stay, would come back again!* We had a really smooth experience from start to finish. Check in and check out was quick and hassle-free, and the hotel service throughout was top-notch. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist without needing to be asked twice. Location is perfect — right next to the beach, so you can walk there in minutes. The whole place was super clean, both inside and around the property. There’s also lots of parking space, which made things easy, and I loved the amount of greenery around. It felt fresh and calm. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially the slide — fun for both kids and adults. And the breakfast was wonderful. Good variety, and I was glad to see Indian dishes included, so there was something for everyone. Overall, a solid stay with good value. Definitely recommend if you want a clean, well-located hotel with a relaxed vibe."

"The room was good, exactly as pictured, and not expensive. The hotel is right on the beach with a nice view, which I liked. However, the room cleaning service wasn't as thorough as it could have been."

"A small, beachfront hotel featuring a beautiful white color scheme that creates a spacious feel. The staff are cheerful and welcoming. If you wish to take advantage of the 24-hour stay option, you must notify the hotel 5–7 days in advance. It has a medium-sized restaurant and a reasonably sized swimming pool; while there is no direct access to the beach for a walk, there is seaside seating available. The area above the poolside bar offers a great view. Breakfast is good, with a decent variety of choices, and is served over a long period—from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Suitable for those staying for a single night or visiting for business; not ideal for families with young children, as the hotel is relatively small. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, bar, restaurant, a library for relaxation, and complimentary bicycle use. There is adequate parking, including EV charging stations. Overall, it's good."

"Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. "Good service. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and the view is great. Just cross the road in front of the hotel and you're at the beach. I booked 4 twin rooms but they all turned out to be single beds, even though I specified twin beds when booking. However, the staff came up and arranged the beds to be pushed together, but there was still a gap. Overall, it was okay, and the room was clean."

"The accommodation was clean and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was good too! The only minor issue was that the air conditioner tended to switch off at night. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!"

"The rooms are clean and spacious, and all have bathtubs. The front desk staff are friendly. When checking in, there's complimentary roselle juice, coffee, and popcorn. The hotel has a swimming pool and fitness center. The breakfast is delicious. Staying on the upper floors offers sea views."

"The room was spacious and very suitable for a family stay, especially with children, as there was enough space for kids to play comfortably. The layout was well designed, with two bathrooms serving both the living area and the bedroom, which was very convenient. The room also included a bathtub, and the shower and toilet areas were separated into dry and wet zones, making it very practical. The dressing area was also impressively spacious. Overall, the cleanliness was almost good, though there were a few areas that could be improved. The floor felt a little sticky and there were some traces of sand, which may be understandable given the hotel’s seaside location. That said, a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping would make the stay even more comfortable."
