"Perfect place to stay on weekend. Lovely pool bar and pool where you can see the beach. Staffs are very friendly, attentive and polite from securitu, bellman, reception and all pool bar & restaurant. Room is spacious and having full amenities. The jacuzzi bath is very nice."

HHappy sunnyWonderful boutique hotel. Every detail is beautiful. Lots of orchids and flowers, good sense of design and taste. Nice bathtub, ocean view from our room. Free drinks and snacks from refrigerator. Free cocktails between 6-7pm. Very quiet and peaceful to stay here. We stayed six nights and enjoyed everything. One time we played golf late and the hotel packed us a small snack box. The staff are very helpful and kind. Highly recommend. Easy to take Grab taxi to town.

AAnonymous UserAmazing breakfast selection. On Mondays have curry crab. Excellent poop for swimming laps. Unfortunately our bathtub was not cleaned but after we notified it was done well. We stayed here many times and will stay here again. Excellent beach sea view from room. The bakery cakes are good value for money and staff are friendly.

AAnonymous UserEverything is good only that there is a wedding party during our stay. And it’s very loud and disruptive. The kids couldnt use the pool and the noise was just very loud, not very relaxing. Don’t think we will come back again. Hopefully the hotel notify all guests about the party.

JJaspezaraSheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made.
We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well.
However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet.
Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them.
The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

OOleg8I really liked the hotel. It's situated in a secluded location, approximately a 15-minute drive from Hua Hin. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. However, the beach wasn't particularly impressive.
