"Had to change 2x the room.....besides my last room the whole 2nd floor was under construction. Even after midnight they were working.
The laundry service is too expensive. They charged me €10 for a small plastic bag of cloths."

"The hotel was great: clean and quiet rooms with a delicious, plentiful breakfast. I’ve worked at the Hilton Amsterdam before, and I think the breakfast here easily beats it.
My corner room was big and comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit old and could use an update.
The staff were very kind and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again."

"I had a great stay overall—the hotel offers excellent value for the money. The rooms are comfortable, the service is attentive, and the amenities make it feel like a higher-end experience. The only small drawback is that the soundproofing of the glass windows isn’t perfect, so a bit of outside noise can be heard at times. Still, compared to the price paid, it’s definitely worth it and I would happily stay here again."

"We had a family gathering to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We came together from different parts of the world and had an amazing stay in White Garden. The accommodation and service was perfect. "Excellent resort hotel, located in a perfect location on lara beach, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of the staff from the moment you enter.
Most of the people who come here are white, including family travelers, team building, and people who meet in the elevator or on the beach are friendly and usually gives you a ”hello”. There are fewer Asian faces, and I guess Asians may all take ”life photos” in Cappadocia, haha.
Some of the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, but they do not affect usability at all. Choosing a sea view room allows you to see the snow mountains, the ocean, and the sunset just standing at the balcony.
The hotel's restaurant, bar, and café are also available almost all day long, and sometimes I don't even want to leave the hotel. Next time I visit Antalya, I will definitely stay here for a few more days!"

"1. Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach viewpoint. You can drive into the old town, but the roads are really difficult to navigate—narrow, crowded with tourists, and sometimes closed off, making it hard to know where to go…
2. Good breakfast, the yogurt bowl was super delicious.
3. The biggest drawback is that it's too noisy. There are restaurants and bars nearby, and the music is incredibly loud.
4. The double room felt a bit old, and the cleanliness was just average.
5. The staff were very nice. Overall, recommended!"

"The room was all smoked. Although promised for ”non-smoking people.” It was a fundamental moment for me.
Never cleaned. Towels were ripped.
The water in the shower stood, promised to pour chemistry - so nothing did.
Breakfast is on, but in a cafe over a quarter. With limited choice (1 dish and drink) - issuing a coupon per person.
Of the pluses: The swimming pool on the territory, quite close to the sea, a comfortable bed, a class balcony with a view. There was no leak at the shower - quickly repaired."

"Staying here in Antalya is incredibly convenient; it's right in the city center, a 2-minute walk to the park, and you can walk along the beach all the way to the tourist pier. The hotel rooms are new, spacious, and clean, and there's a back garden filled with lemon and loquat trees, where you can find not only cats but even rabbits. A special shout-out to staff member Serkan! He speaks excellent English, making communication easy, and he was incredibly welcoming. Even though we arrived late at night, he greeted us with a very cheerful attitude, showed us around the room, invited us to try the fruit from the back garden, and even helped us store our luggage. We were truly grateful to him!"

AAlex0050Our family ended up here by chance. We missed our flight and urgently booked this hotel late at night, as it was a convenient option not too far from the airport. We checked in at midnight, and they kindly extended our check-out to 2 PM (instead of the standard 12 PM). The hotel is small, and they only serve local alcoholic drinks, but we only wanted beer, which tastes the same everywhere, so that wasn't an issue. Our room was clean and spacious; everything worked perfectly. The grounds are compact, but I imagine most city hotels here are similar. Nevertheless, there's a decent pool, a couple of water slides, a volleyball court, table tennis, a small gym, a sauna, and so on. The service isn't like a high-end 5-star hotel, you might wait a bit for waiters, but I didn't mind going to the bar myself. The food was excellent. We only stayed for a day, so the selection wasn't huge, but everything was delicious. We'd just stayed at a much more expensive hotel before this, but my whole family preferred the food here. I also loved the area by the sea; going down there felt like being in Italy, and you could dive into the water, which was cleaner than in Belek. There's no sandy beach, but we didn't need one. Overall, even though the hotel was full, it felt uncrowded everywhere, and there were plenty of sun loungers and places to sit. To sum it up, I think we might even intentionally come back to this hotel for at least 5 days, combining it with a beach holiday in Belek. It's close to the city center, where you can take a walk for a change of scenery instead of just staying at the hotel all the time. The value for money here is excellent!

GGuest UserI would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at this hotel due to the unprofessional and uncomfortable treatment I experienced.
From the beginning, the attitude of the staff, including the owner, felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. On the morning of check-out, I left the hotel early to take my friend to the airport. When I returned, I found that my room had already been entered and cleaned at around 9 a.m., even though I had not checked out and the official check-out time was 12 p.m. Later, a staff member came to wake me and remind me that I needed to leave by 12, while also saying that they thought I had already gone. This is not an acceptable excuse. Entering a guest’s room and preparing it before check-out time, without confirmation, is inappropriate and disrespectful.
I also had an unpleasant experience with breakfast. I had paid for two breakfasts, and when I explained that I wanted the second one because I was still hungry, the staff clearly seemed unhappy about it. I then asked for cutlery for the second breakfast, but it was never brought. This is not the guest’s responsibility. If breakfast service is offered, then it should be provided properly and without attitude.
The overall behaviour of the staff made me feel judged and unwelcome throughout my stay. Even during check-out, when I returned the key card, their attitude remained unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. It felt like they were selective about which customers they wanted and did not know how to treat paying guests with basic professionalism and respect.
If the hotel believes its prices are too low for the service it provides, then it should change its pricing policy. What it should not do is accept payment and then treat guests as if they are a problem.
I am submitting this complaint so that other customers do not have to face the same treatment. I hope Trip.com takes this matter seriously.

GGuest UserThe hotel was amazing. We stayed for 3 days and took the all inclusive. The food options were decent but were repeated. The drinks were unlimited and available for majority of the day. The indoor pool, sauna and hamam were really good and well maintained. There were events in the evening as well which can be attended to. Overall had a really good stay and would recommend.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect.
The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option.
The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited.
When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open.
The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit
The ensuite fantastic for all needs.
All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved the hotel! I managed to book it with a fantastic discount through Trip.com. Its location in the old town is ideal – you literally step out into charming streets packed with cafes and restaurants. Plus, they even have beautiful parrots living on the hotel grounds, which was a delightful surprise! The breakfasts were incredibly delicious and varied.

AAnonymous UserHotel is good, we were given a spacious comfortable room. Hotel staff is very kind. On the beach with the negative did not face, very welcoming were. We were on weekdays, maybe associated with it. In the restaurant a very welcoming young guy, I don't remember the name. The last day there was no cleaning, just put the paper with towels, it wasn't very nice, as after the sea the floor in the room is packed in two days. In general the hotel remained satisfied.
