We were very pleasantly surprised, as the hotel is brand new and all the staff are incredibly kind. It's a very secluded spot with an amazing breakfast. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for privacy, and appreciate cleanliness and modern rooms. We personally took masks and swam to the waterfall on our own; if you're a good swimmer, you can try it too. We walked over rocks and through dusty water, then got out onto the rocks and admired the waterfall – it was breathtaking! You can really see the owner's taste reflected in this hotel. There was also a beautiful car parked at the entrance. Overall, the hotel leaves a 'wow' impression!!

After much deliberation, we decided to book this cliffside hotel. The room was very small, and even though we booked a standard sea view room, we were given one on the second floor. These weren't major issues though. The room cleaning, however, was truly subpar. 1. There were red marks on the headboard that we had to wipe off ourselves with a face towel. 2. The trash cans weren't emptied during cleaning. 3. The complimentary water wasn't replenished on the third day. 4. The hand towels and bath mat were taken away but never replaced. This hotel definitely deserves a low rating!

My stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya was truly exceptional. I spent 4 wonderful days at the resort and enjoyed every moment from the very first minute. The staff were outstanding. Every employee was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, it felt as though they were already waiting to provide support before I even asked. The Kids Club deserves special recognition. The staff there treated the children with incredible care and warmth. Their kindness and attention made us feel like they were part of our own family, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about the children. The food was another highlight of our stay. The variety was impressive, and it was almost impossible not to find something you would enjoy. Every meal offered plenty of choices and excellent quality. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and hospitality were beyond expectations. The reception team made us feel incredibly valued and appreciated, creating a memorable first impression that lasted throughout the entire stay. For families with young children, especially those under 4 years old, this resort is a perfect destination. There are so many activities and facilities that you hardly need to leave the property at all. I honestly believe this is a place I will visit again, and I expect to return more than once over the next two years. Great hotel, I will most likely come back when it's hotter. The pool water was too cold for me. My kids loved the kids club, they had lots of activities like face painting, t-shirt making & pizza making. I was unaware that the sauna and steam room in the spa were free of charge. What I didn't like there was always a 15min queue for Starbucks, getting used to the times facilities open and close was pretty annoying, there are 8 or 9 different opening/closing times. The food needs more seasoning; there's a lot of choice, but it's bland. The Wet ' N Wild area has the best food.

The Swandor group has increased the quality of service significantly; it maintains the same concern at the moment that it is a 2009 hotel.

Everything's great! This isn't my first time staying here. There are pros and cons, but I like it. Last time, my impression was spoiled by some very loud German-speaking women who quieted down after 11 PM. I thought that's what German upbringing is all about, but alas, they showed up out of nowhere at 2 AM, screaming terribly! I had to knock on the wall.

The hotel grounds were very nice, and my room was comfortable and a good size, with a balcony. I found the bathroom a bit small, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for me. However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests. Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away. The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression. Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me. In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests. 🥂

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renex Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. Conveniently located just 12 minutes from the airport, this brand-new hotel boasts with modern building. One of the highlights of my stay was the Turkish hamam, which provided a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; everything felt fresh and spotless. Additionally, the breakfast offered was of high quality, with a diverse selection of delicious and fresh options to start the day right. Overall, my experience at Renex Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

My husband and I were on holiday, celebrating our wedding anniversary. The location is great, the sea is nearby. The hotel grounds are green, but we were there out of season. Towels and bed linen are constantly changed in the rooms, everything is white. Water is brought every day. The Russian-speaking girl at the reception (we didn't remember her name) was very friendly and helped with all questions. And others at the reception helped with everything. The hotel brought a compliment of fruit and wine, very nice for the attention. Turkish breakfasts: olives, greens, vegetables and fruits, yogurt and eggs, etc. We liked it, of course, not five stars
