"Very nice rooms.We booked 2 connecting and both were very nice. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had. Area was clean and the food was hot and there was a good variety. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely choose this property on any return trips!"

"We stayed for our anniversary but won’t be staying again. The staff were very nice and the room was fine itself but the bed was terrible and the room was incredibly noisy!! My husband is a very patient man, almost too patient at times I think and this constant walking upstairs for hours on end made him soo mad it actually had me laughing. We could not believe how loud it was with the people upstairs walking back and forth until at least 2am “not even kidding” when we finally managed to pass out from sheer exhaustion. We woke up at 4 with low back pain from the hard bed and both decided to leave because it wasn’t worth trying to fall back asleep on that mattress and then having to listen to the people upstairs who would be walking back and forth again we figured soon. What was driving us crazy was what in the world could they have been doing for hours on end walking around in that small room?? It was so loud with each step and we could hear them talking and walking and water then walking..... ahhhh we were able to find the humor in it on the drive home with our seat warmers on for our back pain and strong coffees for the sleep deprivation, but we won’t be making a return trip. Lovely staff and nice location though. ;)"

"The hotel is located near the department store and around 22 km from RDM. I stayed here for four nights during the conference in Bend. The room was fine, and the breakfast was OK for me (not that much food, but that totally fine for me). The cleanliness of the room is acceptable, but since this is a pet-friendly hotel, you might be expected some animals further on your clothes if you sit on the floor or sofa (the bed is clean because they usually clean it up).
The hotel does not provide the cleaning service unless you ask them to do so one night before in advance (as they use the sub-contract, IMHO). Well, if you are not expecting that much (this is not a luxury hotel), and just stay as a part of work (e.g., business travel), this might be a good choice, compared with the cost performance.
Tip: better to have an upper floor (second floor). The floor is a little bit thin, and you might hear the sound of someone walking with shoes above your room (as I stayed on the first floor). Also, the second floor seems better for security reasons as someone might walk pass your room on day and night (especially at night) but I did not find any unsafe situation during the stay."

The fireplace was cozy and the room was spacious enough for me to comfortably get work done in the area adjacent to the balcony affording me with a nice view of the morning sunrise. The supplies provided for my li’l pup were thoughtful and appreciated. Morning breakfast was tasty, and all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I look forward to a return visit.

Service: The service is quite good, the people in the town are very polite and enthusiastic; Breakfast: The hotel breakfast is quite rich, especially the barbecue pieces are very good; Cost-effective: The price is quite high, whether it is a business trip or a trip, it is a good choice.

TTINGTINGOne stop on the way to the car, the hotel is a standard small town supporting standard, it is quite worth recommending. The room was clean, the front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast was ok. It takes about 5-6 minutes to drive from the city center. Bend feels that it is a small town that is developing rapidly. The atmosphere is good, so you can go shopping.
