This lakefront home on Iyopawa Golf Course and is listed on Vrbo, This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year its rented by the night with a 2-night minimum stay. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange. From bank conferences, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family reunions, several families for one amazing vacation, two weddings, and many birthday parties from the beautiful lady who turned 90, I also just had a wonderful booking with a large 80th birthday party. And a fun 67th birthday party too. Beautiful home with Coldwater Lake access built in 2007. Two stories, 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Nine Beds, soon to add a queen sleeper sofa. Currently can sleep 16 in beds. Seven flat screen TVs, WiFi above 500 Mbps. Both bathrooms are handicap accessible. ADA compliant shower and toilet bars, shower chair if needed, and walker if needed. All doors have a minimum width of 36 inches as well. The first floor is all hardwood floors and tile. Second floor amazingly comfortable carpet and hardwood floors. The house is directly beside Camp Buckeye. There are campers, RV's, and trailers in the neighborhood. The home is located on a channel that is a 5 minute boat ride to Coldwater Lake. Very close to the Sandbar and Roy’s Gas Station if you are familiar with the area. This property is not on the water but does have water views from the backyard patio area with just one row of houses separating you from the lake.Your group will have plenty of seating in the living room with a brand new sectional sofa. There is also a smart TV in the living room with Netflix access, or you are welcome to log in to your own personal apps for viewing. There is wifi access allowing internet connection throughout the house. We have a desk area that offers a workspace if you find yourself needing to take care of some business during your time away from home.The kitchen is fully stocked if you wish to cook yourselves a meal during your stay. If you prefer to take the night off, there is food delivery available from several restaurants in Coldwater. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the back patio in the morning and watch the lake come alive.Each bedroom offers a king bed with a brand new mattress ensuring you a restful night. Both bedrooms also have smart TVs with Netflix access. The couch is large enough for extra group members to sleep for the night, or there is a blow up queen size mattress if needed. Window AC units are present in both bedrooms as well as the living room easily cooling down the house on those hot summer days.Outside on the back patio are several chairs offering a shaded seat under our large tree with water views. This cottage is on a quiet road that offers a sense of immediate relaxation when outside and gives you ample opportunity to take in the nature and wildlife sights. The public boat launch is just 5 minutes away.
