We have a fully equipped kitchen, full dining area, kitchen seating area, large living room, den, closet space and more! We are minutes away from great restaurants, shops and close to beaches. Sprawling privately fenced backyard with a fenced in-ground pool , bbq, and an outdoor shower as well. The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Fall is also a beautiful time of year to visit for pumpkin picking, apple picking, winery tours and more. The property is a 10 minute drive from Canoe Place. My place is right on the water with your own sandy beach. A quick walk to the restaurant or boat ride to restaurant and dining. No worries about having a drink and getting home. Have a drink or BBQ on the deck and watch the serine scene of the boats passing by. The atmosphere is just incredible. Also, the center of town is just 4min. away for all your shopping needs: grocery store, farmers market, bagel/deli, Starbucks, pizzaria, 7-11 and more. If you want to visit the ocean beaches, they are less than 10min away. At the ocean, their are lifeguards, restrooms, a snack bar for food and outdoor showers.
