I have a newly remodeled rental house with a view of the lake. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and tv in each . A loft with 2 single beds ,one with a trundle. A pull out couch and a small roll away!!! There is a free public boat launch a block away. If you like kayaking I have the perfect spot. There is a small beach a block away and Caseville beach 10 miles away. Come visit! Our cozy newly renovated home is located blocks from the Sebewaing Harbor Marina for the fisherman ready to get out on Saginaw Bay. It is also the perfect centralized location for the small family ready to adventure all Michigan's thumb has to offer. Features two bedrooms that will sleep 4-6 (2 queen and 1 full total) Close to Pioneer sugar, only 35 minutes to Bay City, 45 minutes to Port Austin, and less than an hour to Saginaw. You will find all the basic amenities here to make your time enjoyable. Going fishing, the marina has an amazing fish cleaning station to clean your catch.. Outside you will also find a spot to sit and relax during Michigans warmer seasons. Bringing the boat? Parking available in driveway (see photo for parking) or you can rent parking spaces minutes away at the Sebewaing Harbor Marina (see photos of Marina).
