The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises.Other things to note-The property has a guest house on the back of home that is also available to rent. There are no shared spaces between the main house and the guest house.-No parties or events.-No smoking.Pet Policy:• No dogs may be left home alone unless crated.• No dogs on furniture or beds without protective blanket (we provide one, please bring additional if needed).• Clean up after your dog.
