"The hotel is similar to other City Comfort Inn, the amenities good and room clean, toilet is good too. The staff servicing is wonderful., the counter told that their windows room does not have a city view instead its facing the residential units. Too bad, I was hoping for city view.
My only concern on this hotel is that the location is not really near the main shopping district, you need to walk about 2km or take taxi. During my 5 days stay I still didnt manage to use the metro as a convenient transport, instead I walk or get ehailing driver to pick up.
Another difficulty I have is that the drop off and pick up point for taxi or e hailing car is block by motorcycle lane, so its difficult to carry luggage and go through fast riding motorcyclist.
There are many eateries within 10 minutes walk, and there are TCM pharmacy as well bread store just beside the hotel.
Its fine if you are traveling lite and staying few days. Just don't expect its really at main shopping district or near mall."

"The moment you step into the hotel lobby, you can feel its luxurious ambiance. The front desk staff, especially one tall, slender young lady, provided exceptional service – clearly very well-trained. She was incredibly helpful with directions and fulfilling requests, leaving a lasting impression. The petite young lady shown in the picture was also very thoughtful! On the day we checked in, which happened to be the Mid-Autumn Festival, we even received complimentary mooncakes, which was a lovely, heartwarming touch. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and smart, and the cleaning staff always greeted us warmly. Honestly, the service from top to bottom is outstanding. The parking lot is also spacious, and the hotel breakfast is extensive. Overall, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit."

XXiaobudianerererererThe environment is beautiful, and the decor is very upscale and tasteful. The room is large and clean, and the amenities are well-developed. There's a parking lot and four restaurants. We ate at the hotel twice, and the food was also good. The service was excellent and professional. It's connected to Spring City 66 (Hang Lung Plaza), so it's very convenient for shopping and dining. If I have the chance to come to Kunming again, I'll definitely stay here.

GGuest UserHello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends.
P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

11390658****This room was exactly my type! I specifically chose to spend my last day here to relax. The open-air bath, with a milk and rose petal soak, just washed all my fatigue away! The whole guesthouse's design has a very Japanese feel, making me feel like I was actually in Japan. The breakfast was also incredibly rich and detailed, served individually, and entirely made with Yunnan specialty dishes! The butler was also very attentive and thoughtfully brought us things, making us feel very comfortable and secure during our stay. I would definitely want to stay at a guesthouse like this for three or four days next time! It's conveniently located within the World Expo Garden, but due to time constraints, I couldn't stay longer. I will absolutely come back next time!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is away from the city, if that what you are looking for, its quiet and very green. The rooms are large and well supplied but a bit dated. The breakfast is good and is at the top of the hill with a great view. In room massage service was a highlight of our stay and very reasonably priced and excellent. It is a great choice if you don't mind a 40 -50 min ride into the city center.

RRuihaihaiOur lake-view room on the fourth floor offered truly stunning scenery; the lake was visible right from the balcony window. The room also had an electric towel rack, which was a very thoughtful touch. Service was excellent too. Due to the summer crowds, all our meals were buffet-style, but we found them to be quite good, especially considering the ingredients were farm-sourced. Oh, and they also provided complimentary tickets to the Rose Garden. It's a beautiful spot, perfect for anyone who loves taking photos.

Perched on the 27th floor or higher, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of Dianchi Lake and the city skyline. Bathed in warm sunlight during the day and glittering with city lights at night, the visual impact is simply stunning. The plush bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable, and with the blackout curtains, I enjoyed an undisturbed night's sleep. Heidi's service was thoughtful and impeccable, providing meticulous attention from check-in to check-out. The French-inspired luxury design, subtly integrated with Yunnan aesthetics, showcases quality in every detail, making it a top choice for a trip to Kunming.

GGuest UserA very warm treasure hotel. Our family received souvenirs and welcome tea as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was very ceremonial. Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.

GGreenDoveHotel needs some renovations, rooms look somewhat outdated and not too clean. Some buttons to control the lighting didn’t work. AC/heating worked fine, but there’s no hair dryer in a room and you have to pay to rent it according to the instructions book (we didn’t check as we have only stayed for one day). There is a paid charger (pic) but mini program to use it doesn’t work anymore 🤯 Area is certainly not “touristy”, flyers of 18+ services thrown around right before entry to a hotel compound. Reception staff is friendly and there is a coffee machine (free) and cold drinks selection (paid but at fair price).
There are no outside noises but walls are thin and you will hear your neighbours talking very well.
If you need parking, there is plenty.
