The bathroom featured a dry-wet separation, and the 24-hour hot water supply was stable with ample water pressure. The toiletries were thoughtfully chosen, genuinely showing the hotel's willingness to invest in areas that aren't immediately visible. What touched me most was the staff's perfectly balanced service. My pre-noted personal preferences were carefully remembered, and thoughtful gestures like extra pillows and readily available charging ports, though simple, were incredibly heartwarming.
