"A truly wonderful stay.
The bedding was comfortable and very clean, and they even provided a fruit plate.
Also, I had to get up early to catch the boat, and I forgot my pearl necklace at the hotel, unable to return to the hotel at sea. The front desk and service staff worked from 6:50 AM to 10 AM to help me find it and send it to the hotel. Absolutely amazing! A huge thumbs up to New Century Grand Hotel! đ"

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel service was superb, and the staff were very professional. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, and the hotel even had a laundry room.
