Tashkent Hotels with Wifi

"The hotel is just located opposite to the Islamic Civilization Centre. It takes about 10 min walk to the Chorso Bazzar. The hotel is newly built and is very comfortable. The hotel has a small pool, sauna and steam room. Unfortunately women can only use from 10:00am to 1:00pm. The breakfast is excellent and has a lot of variety. The only small comment is the aircon is not cool enough. It feel very hot in the day time. The shower hot water is not hot enough. My small complaint is my room does not have any view. I am facing a tear down site."

"We stayed at the Hilton Tashkent City and were extremely satisfied. The hotel fully met our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed, excellent housekeeping, and beautiful interior design. We especially want to highlight the staff — everyone was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and the service throughout our stay was top-notch. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, with a wide selection of dishes. The hotel's location is also excellent — close to a park, restaurants, and the city's main attractions. Thank you to the entire Hilton team for a wonderful stay and hospitality! We would gladly return again and recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"The hotel offers airport pick-up and drop-off, which is quite good. The hallway lighting was a bit dim, but the room and bathroom were perfectly fine. Breakfast was abundant, with many Chinese stir-fries that suited my taste. The staff were very enthusiastic, and the price was moderate. Overall, I'm quite satisfied."

"This hotel is well-rounded in all aspects, and I'm generally very satisfied. The front desk staff speak good English, making communication smooth. There's also a 24-hour bar with drinks available, and free dried fruit snacks. The breakfast is generally good, with items changing daily. On weekdays, it's served until 12 PM, which is very considerate of guests' needs. The staff are also very diligent in clearing plates, sometimes a bit too eager, as they might take away a plate I've just used. The hotel is right next to a KFC and close to a university, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room size is appropriate, and the layout is reasonable. The TV has international channels, and the large refrigerator works very well."

"Wonderful hotel, we will definitely be back again. Housekeeping was done daily, and the set of towels was also refreshed every day, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly, attentive, and polite, and the breakfasts were delicious. The lobby has a distinct oriental charm. The room matched the photos provided, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly; we loved everything! Also, on the TV in the room, you could view a list of famous places in Uzbekistan and a QR code to locate them on a map, which was very convenient! We also had an early check-out, and the staff prepared a breakfast to go for us. The service was beyond all praise. Many thanks to the hotel staff for everything!"

"This is the second time this summer I have stayed at this hotel and everything about it is excellent. From the reception area and the greeting I received to the room, restaurant and many other amenities. The staff around the reception area were always ready to help and very attentive in particular Doniyor who really made me feel that he was genuinely interested in making sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. The room was, just like the last time, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable with an excellent shower. A cheap and efficient laundry service is available. The breakfast buffet was first class with an excellent selection of food. I also ate lunch and dinner in the hotel and the restaurant food was wonderful. I ate all meals at the hotel over my two stays and I highly recommend it. Again the restaurant staff and in particular Elbek were very efficient and food recommendations were spot on. The hotel also offers a very well equipped gym, a sauna, steam room and pool free of charge for guests with a payable spa massage on request. I want to give a special mention to Malika, the young girl who owns small shop in the reception area selling beautiful hand made jewelry, rugs, scarves and other items. Almost everything is hand made and that which is not she clearly points it out. It is all very reasonably priced and I was very happy to buy several items from her.  I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would thoroughly recommend Swissotel Tashkent.  Finally if you are considering using Tashkent only as a stopover I would really recommend at least two nights and one full day as there are plenty of things to do including the metro stations, an outdoor train museum which was excellent, bazaars, a wonderful mosque and go take pictures of the Soviet-built Uzbekistan Hotel built in the Soviet Brutalist style with an Asian influence, absolutely beautiful and very different to the architecture found it Khiva etc. So I would advise, stay in Tashkent either at the start or end of your trip or both as I did and stay at the Swissotel. You will not regret it."

"The hotel is located on a quiet street, and my stay was extremely comfortable. All the photos are accurate; the room looks exactly as pictured. We booked a room for three, and it was clean, with three towels provided for each person. Housekeeping was done daily. Breakfasts were delicious, everything was fresh, and there was a good variety. When checking out, I forgot my charger and only remembered about it four hours later. I called reception, and the hotel staff sent it to me via taxi delivery, for which I'm very grateful. I definitely recommend staying here! 👍"

"When I checked in, I specifically showed my reservation for a twin room and confirmed that two passports would be staying. However, I was given a double room, so I had to go back to the front desk to arrange a room change. The soundproofing in the room was terrible. I could clearly hear loud conversations and a child screaming through the connecting door from the next room. This went on for a long time starting at 6:30 AM, making it impossible to rest after a late flight. Also, even though two adults checked in, only one person's city tax was collected. When I checked out, I was rushing for my high-speed train, but I was delayed because they said I still owed tax for one person. After a long discussion, I had to pay for the other person. I don't understand their service process. I had to contact Trip.com to help coordinate, which also involved a long period of miscommunication. I'm giving 3 points for the location."

"A great hotel with excellent service. Rooftop pool has great vibes, sauna, ice room and steam room are great too. Gym is of sufficient standard with enough equipment but not outstanding. Razors and toothpaste in the rooms wasn’t the best but I can’t fault anything with my stay. Staff were great, environment and atmosphere was good. They went above and beyond particularly in allowing us an early check in after a 13 hour overnight bus from Tashkent. Highly Recommend staying here"
