The parking was horrible. The onsite parking will only fit 4 cars, otherwise you have to park on the street and move by 8 am. Our room was cramped and the electrical outlets were not functioning properly. We used a type G plug and almost got shocked. Definitely wished I would’ve chosen a different place.

If you only have one or two nights in Inverness, stay somewhere else. We had upstairs room which was tiny but the bathroom was especially so. It is located in a residential area so there is a quiet policy, and a curfew for using the back patio which is 9:00 p.m. This is unfortunate because the sun stays up for longer there. There is a kettle in the room so if you drink coffee you will be using those instant coffee packets. You are not allowed to get coffee from the buffet downstairs, unless you have booked a breakfast. And lastly, the business owner's angry responses to sometimes negative reviews on this platform is not what you would expect to see in a customer service oriented business.

Very tired and basic. The hot water system was third world, it was either very hot or very cold. The blinds didn't keep out much day light. Although not expensive, you get what you pay for. The only positive: it was quiet and the digital key pad made it for easy access.

We stayed in a ground floor room which I believe is bigger than the other rooms in the house. We found the room to be spacious. clean with modern decor and it was certainly more than adequate for our one night stay. The guest house is also in a fairly decent location only about a 10 minute walk to the city centre.

This B&B was booked for us by the Highland Explorer Company as part of a tour from Edinburgh. Our double room ( Loch Ness ) with separate beds on rollers was very clean, tiny but adequate for the 2 nights we stayed here. The shower is also tiny, barely big enough to turn around, but the unique hot water system worked very well. Breakfast was delicious, a plentiful buffet plus a cooked to order hot item. Write down the combination lock numbers for your room and the front door!

Un accueil plus que moyen via visiophone (pour la convivialité, on repassera!), une communication exclusivement via WhatsApp. Pour entrer dans la maison, il vous faudra vous munir d’un code (gare à vous si on ne vous l’a pas communiqué en amont…). L’ensemble des espaces communs est sous vidéosurveillance, les hôtes ne sont pas sur place. La seule âme humaine que nous ayons eu le privilège de côtoyer s’est empressée de poser notre petit déjeuner et prendre la tangente dans la foulée. Si vous vous attendez à des échanges humains, et à un minimum de convivialité, passez votre chemin! Les chambres sont cependant très propres et Federica (via WhatsApp bien sûr) de bons conseils.

The location of this B&B is great and just a short walk from the River Ness and High Street. While others have mentioned room size, we had one of the larger rooms downstairs and found it a great size for our family of 3. The rooms are simple and clean.

First class amazing stay, very spacious and comfortable rooms, beds were extremely comfortable the rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast was amazing great choice lovely dining room and location excellent. Will definitely return.

Coo’s Guest house is an immaculately clean and well run B&B in a great location in Inverness. They provide a great breakfast. The proprietors were helpful and friendly. The guest house is a short walk downtown, and parking is adequate for the guests.
