I arrived １ time before check-in because the number of parking lots is limited. I was preparing now from the front desk, so I was told to wait a little while, so I checked in early because I was ready after about １５. It was a friendly hotel in a small business hotel.

It is very beautiful, probably because it is new.
It helps me to be flexible when booking.
There is only one smoking room, so it doesn't help, but there is still a lot of peculiar smell. One of the two rooms I booked was perfectly fine, but the other room was very worrying even for me, a non-smoker.
In addition, the large public baths are spacious, clean, and soothing. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The staff is very grateful for the kind customer service!
Because my parents' house is Tsuchiura, I would use the hotel back then, but I will definitely use it next time.

Use for the previous night of golf. The room was spacious indeed. Parking is also free, but it was a difficulty that there was a little distance to the station and the road to the station was dark.

In the Showa period, when the science Expo was held, it was the highest hotel in Tsukuba. There are some more cutting-edge clean hotels now, but the old-fashioned character is not lost. The first class is first class, such as the correspondence of the attendant at the front desk and the breakfast hall. However, the facilities themselves were old, and the carpet of the floor which was peeled off, the bathtub shower water plug, the western toilet seat which was not the shower toilet, and the door which opened and closed with a large key instead of auto lock were regrettable. The room is large and the building is a luxurious space that cannot be in business. The breakfast content is also very good, such as salad with many types. Personally, Ibaraki was expected to be a strong natto with a thick taste, but it was pack natto.

千葉県に所用があって家族で出かけましたが、コロナウイルスによる緊急事態宣言下でしたので、宿泊するのは諦めて長野県に帰る途中で泊まることにしましたが、千葉から近く緊急事態宣言が出ていないところと言うので、つくば市に泊まることになりました。高速道路のインターチェンジから近く、研究学園駅の隣と言うことでアプローチもわかりやすくて、非常に助かりました。スタンダードツインを２室利用しましたが、２台のベッドも広く清潔で気持ちよく泊まれました。 夕食は、ホテル内の和食（わだ家）でとりました。日曜日は混み合うので予約した方が良いとチェックイン時にフロントで言われましたので個室を予約してもらいました。他を気にせず家族で和気藹々で美味しくいただきました。おすすめのしゃぶしゃぶは絶品でした。朝食はイタリアンレストランのLa Portaでバイキング形式でしたがコロナ対策もしっかりしてあり気持ちよく食事できました。

If you visit Mito by car. There was a parking fee around the station. The visit day was at the plum festival. The hotel is near the prefectural office, and there is also a prefectural office bus stop, and the bus can take a lot, so it seems to be a place that is not inconvenient. The hotel is stable ”route in” and the construction is almost the same. There is also a large bath (the washroom is ５) breakfast. However, there are not so many restaurants around, and it is a Sunday holiday. Check in advance if dinner is scheduled around the hotel. There is a method of eating in the center of Mito because the bus seems to be moving at night, but check the bus time!

It is not very near the train station but walkable. Lobby is very spacious and roomy. Staff are very attentive. Enjoyed the onsen a lot! The onsen amenities are good (yakult are offered after morning bath while ice cream are offered after dinner bath, there is also a room filled with manga for your entertainment next to the bath). We were given a corner room and the vent was very noisy. The bed is moderately hard and so were the pillows. However, upon request, they changed us another room without much hesitation. They are also very prompt with their service when extra pillows were requested.

Stanze leggermente più grandi dello standard giapponese. hotel dagli interni eleganti e relativamente recenti, camere con buona dotazione generale. la posizione è ottimale per la prossimità alla stazione. come pressochè sempre in Giappone, pulizia ineccepibile. Ho tolto una stella a causa della colazione, che davvero non mi è piaciuta. Non tanto per la varietà/quantità, quanto per la qualità generale. Non ho apprezzato particolarmente il fatto di dover pagare l'accesso alla palestra, ma deduco che ci siano delle ragioni commerciali per questo.

I heard from locals that it was a good hotel with goods. The customer service is also firm. But it is never ”a elegant response”, but it is very comfortable with the response of the feeling that it is ”a little to the regular and responds comfortably” though there is a courtesy but warm. I, my friends, my friends, have been around １０ nights, but I have never felt dissatisfied with each time. Rather than being well educated, you will be impressed by the high consciousness of the person who works or the motivation. The location is great and it is a hotel that I want to survive as it is.

The advantage is that it is very close to the station. It takes 2 minutes to walk, but the disadvantage is that it is very close to the station. The bedside is the rail. You can hear the sound of the sound of the car and the sound of the tram. It is usually about ten minutes. The frequency of one is about half an hour after midnight. It is really for people who don't sleep well. It is very guilty that the windows of the Japanese-style room are paper paste. There is no shading effect. I was awakened by the light and the roar of the tram at five o'clock in the morning. This room is only for fresh experience. The rest effect is really bad.
The hotel arranged a steak dinner, but the steak was fried very old. The vegetables were fresh and sweet. Breakfast could choose Japanese or Western Japanese. If you can choose Western Japanese, it is a salted fish (really salty) a box of natto and fried eggs. You carry the rice and miso soup yourself. It feels like a Western-style. It's a few breads, yogurt salad meats and eggs, the drinks are self-collected, and it feels Western style is more to my taste.

GGuest UserIt is located 20 minutes walk from Ishioka station, along national Route 6, and there is a restaurant along the national route if it does not choose this. The parking space in the hotel site is large, and there is a free coffee in front of the front desk with the check-in procedure payment. The room is a general business hotel type, but it is large, the chair is a mini sofa type, and the room and unit bus are beautiful because it is not old. The dressing room of the first floor large bath is 12 clothes decoys, and the valuable locker is in the outside passage instead of the dressing room, so it is better to put the room key in advance. There are about 12 washing places in the bathroom, 6 〜 7 people, no inner bath, open-air bath, sauna and water bath. This time it was early in the morning, so I couldn't eat breakfast, but I was able to spend comfortably.

Yyu_0922This is a hotel that makes me feel horrible. The corridor is very dim without lights, and the room is old and dilapidated. After reading the room, I didn't even refund the room rate, so I checked out and left. The horror atmosphere inside is impressive. 😭
