It is very suitable for family travel. It is my first time to visit Istanbul in winter. The heating is very strong as soon as I enter the door. The children are jumping around happily. There is a lot of space and the sanitary conditions are very good. All kitchen supplies are available, including a washer and dryer. We walked from 1 pm to 10 pm the next day with the plan to sleep in the interim, but the result was beyond expectations, not bad.

Despite the fact that this hotel is located far away from the city center as well as from main touristic attractions, it should be said that the hotel is wonderful. Truly spacious rooms, late night room service, good breakfast, alternative foodcourt in the mall (which is located in the same building). I would like to thank Ms. Ilayda on reception, who brilliantly solved the question on voucher for free accommodation from Turkish Airlines (as a part of StopOver campaign). It was late Saturday evening when I arrived. However, Ms. Ilayda did all her best to handle the issue. Many thanks for her superb service! Also, I would like to thank Mr. Ali, who is the best bell boy of the hotel. I suppose this hotel must be a good choice for families, since the Vialand theme park is just around the corner.

I don’t normally write reviews on the hotels I stay, but this one was particularly poor. The rooms are basic and clean and could not fault them really. What is very poor is the location is terrible with nothing much to do in the evening. The hotel does not really make it clear but there is no bar and it does not serve alcohol, there is nowhere to really sit and you end up spending too much time in the room, which also happens to have very poor WiFi . Although it said there was a sauna and gym it was never staffed or open whenever I visited. One other very annoying aspect is that I left early in the morning and forgot to collect an invoice for the trip and despite emailing the hotel 3 times they have completely ignored me and will not respond. I have checked the email (as it was the same one they used when they wanted my credit card details) and it has been delivered 3 times they just choose to ignore it. There is a Ramada hotel just 5 minutes up the road (which does have a lovely bar) and is about the same price and I would stay there next time and avoid The Hotel Goldenway !

Toplantı için geldiğimde konaklamıştım. Personel gerçekten çok ilgili. Herşey harika. Çocuk parkından havuzuna kadar herşey vardı. Tasarımı olağanüstü. Kapıda çok şirin bir havuzu bulunmakta; sade, şık bir lobisi var. Restoranı ziyaret etmenizi de ayrıca tavsiye edebilirim.

The hotel itself has a good environment, the surrounding area is poor, it is too far from the city center, but you can travel by subway line 7, and there is no catering industry supporting facilities around. There is only one gas station ⛽️ where you can buy some food and water.

The hotel is central, its room, cleaning and breakfast is perfect in a word ... However, the unsustainable approaches of the reception staff from the staff group cause blood loss to the hotel shareholders. Persons who appear to be officials in the blonde and civilian reception area but who do not have any explanation of their duty, are in the hotel's outdoor-oriented work air rather than the face of the hotel. ... This is not a business with these men. Do not give your investment to people who do not know where the sentence is going and who do not know where it is going. If I asked these two staff for a single document that the guests would not enter the hotel, they would not have been able to give it, and if I had informed the tourism police of the situation by means of our state's possibilities, they would have been in difficulty. Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast
