The TV is not working, the air conditioner broke down in the middle of the night, the cleanliness is very bad, the hotel needs to be completely overhauled.

Me and my wife stayed here as part of a package to get my hair surgery. The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly and helpful We had breakfast in hotel and it was ok did it’s job but was no toaster The hotel has nice lobby for chilling in but strangely has no bar but as the hotel is used by hair surgery guests I’m assuming this is why

The hotel is located in a desert location where there is nothing to note. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, we were on the 11th floor, the wind passed through the windows, horrible! For breakfast very little choice, too much salty than sweet, too bad! The restaurant prices are very affordable but it's a shame that the dishes when they come up to your room are cold. Very clean hotel, nothing to say about hygiene. I do not recommend the establishment for the location of the hotel as well as the comfort of the rooms.

A run-down hotel in an industrial part of Istanbul, with a view on an industrial estate. I only stayed here because I had to as it was the only accommodation provided by the hospital at which I was a patient. The breakfast is decent, but the service is close to what I would expect from the security guards at a medium security prison. Most of the staff is grumpy and the restaurant manager himself, rather than setting an example to his waiting staff, was the most impolite person I've ever been 'served' by at a hotel: aggressive and rude when I questioned the details of a bill for a meal I had just had.

I must say that the misadventure I experienced is from the penal code. On 31.5.2023. I notified the reception that they opened the door for me twice in the morning, around 1.00 pm. I went out for breakfast, came back after half an hour and they stole my backpack with all my things, house keys, car keys, warehouse keys, Ray Ban glasses and many other things... they found the backpack but they didn't give it back to me, I think on purpose, they still don't answer me today, I filed a report for theft... now this hotel owes me compensate, and I think I will make a complaint about the fact that he kept the keys to my house and everything else... are we sure that this hotelier can guarantee it?

the hotel was far from the attractions, in an industrial village I would call it. The staff did not know English, and this made my communication very difficult for the days I was there. Also poor quality food. There were no alternatives, every day was the same. I was expecting a delicious Turkish breakfast, but every day at 6 am they served boiled potatoes with eggs, green salad and more. there is a lot to improve

My Instabul trip would be better if I wouldn't go at this hotel . Breakfast was the same all days , and used more than 1 time. Not a typical turkish breakfast . I was very disappointed ! Rooms were very little and the hotel location away from attractions. About the service , nobody from staff could speak English . Totally NOT RECOMMENDED!
