The room was very small. I asked for a non smoking room and got one that was smelling of smoke. The attitudes were one of that they are doing me a favor, which is something i despise. On the first day i got called downstairs and was told that i should pay 25 euro. I argued that all my accommodation charges were already paid when i booked and i showed that i owe nothing. The guy was stoll adamant that i should pay, so i stated that he gives me a full refund and i will stay elsewhere. End of discussion after that. To top it all on the last evening i left my entry card at another place. Got charged to get a new card. Then i remembered where i left it and went first thing in the morning to get it back. Came back to give the card and requested my refund. Got told very rudely that there was an order for a new card. I said then the card belongs to me. Got told no... so, its just a con to steal more money. Pity, as that event really spoiled my stay in Istanbul. In my honest opinion they just wanted to steal money from me... pathetic. Left a very bad taste. I will go back to istanbul but definitely not this hotel.... even if they let me stay for free.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was very poor. I was there for 5 days and sometimes we didn't even have breakfast. The cleaning has not been done any day. The sheets were torn. The bed was very comfortable. The room is just as it appears in the photo. The wifi very good. The accommodation was very close to Istiklal Avenue and Taksim Square. You could walk to many places (galata tower, fishermen's bridge, eminunu...). I listened a little to the music from the clubs in the area.

Very good hotel we liked the welcome, the friendly people, very helpful and smiling.
The rooms are very beautiful and very clean excellent location.
I stayed 7 nights with my family in room 101 and 102
I recommend this hotel without hesitation.
