Apartment-style hotel with great facilities, but the location was a bit difficult. There are all kinds of facilities. The wide sofa is nice.

Super clean and Ana is very helpful! I've been there twice and was very impressed both times. You can unlock the door with the mobile app and it's super convenient! Opposite is a small supermarket that is open 24/7 and there are good restaurants nearby. In addition, the room is well equipped! Always my pleasure

The accommodation is directly opposite a school, with a very loud school bell (music), which starts at around 7 a.m., and since the windows are not that good, there isn't much chance of sleeping in. The connection from there is actually pretty good, and you have everything you need for your daily needs nearby. Some things in the apartment were damaged, such as a shoe cupboard, dishwasher flap, sofa. There was no table on the balcony, the stand behind the air conditioning was broken, and there were also remains from previous guests. Basically, it was clean. It was good that there was WiFi in the room and that there was also a pool, sauna and fitness room in the building. In itself, you could say that it is absolutely sufficient for sleeping and hanging out for an hour.

Our apartment was super high up with a fantastic view over part of Istanbul. Always ask if you can have a room high up, the hotel is on a busy road with a lot of noise and a 24-hour tire change service. When you arrive you come into a small lobby, the people there speak little to no English. To check in you are met by Ozan, the boss of the house, who speaks great English and is very helpful. Location: it is about 1.2km to Taksim Square on foot, but it is very hilly and you almost only walk uphill. There are bus stops and taxis around the hotel. The nearest metro is at Taksim. In retrospect I would only take a taxi because taking the bus is an absolute disaster and finding the bus you need is a nightmare. We travel a lot and always use public transport, but in Istanbul it is no fun!! It always took us a long time to get to the sights. Everything we needed was there, but sometimes we didn't think everything through. There are dishes, but no tea towel or washing-up liquid. There are only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the toilet, if you need more you have to buy it in the nearby shops. The rooms are tidy but sometimes you can't look too closely :) Opening the room door was cool, everything was done via cell phone but I don't want to know what it's like if you don't have a cell phone or a Turkish SIM card. Pool, sauna and fitness area were A+, not very busy and everything was very modern. Water a bit cold perhaps!!!

With one word SCAM!!!!!!!!!! My sister and I arrived at the hotel after 8 pm, tired from the road, in the hope that they would check us in right away and we would eat and relax. We went there and were met by a young man who spoke Arabic and broken Turkish, and I spoke Turkish, Russian and English. He tells me I have to pay, I checked the account, they haven’t withdrawn, I say ok, I’ll pay with a card, try in euros, dollars, lira, it gives an error 2 times in liras, tried the POS terminal, gives a paper that the money was not withdrawn, I check my account via Internet banking, it was withdrawn 2 times he says you will pay in cash then we will credit your account crossed the road they withdrew money from another ATM with a commission paid us they let us in it was 12 at night we ordered food at 1:30 at night we ate a little at a time and went to bed because we didn’t have the strength to take a shower...
