Our stay at Florina was excellent, all tourists attractions was within walking distance and so close to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. We had issue with our flights and was delayed for hours and reached the hotel at 2am, due to the manic situation we were not able to inform
the hotel, as we didn’t inform, the hotel had the right to cancel our reservation but the gentleman was so kind that he re-booked our reservation and sorted everything for us without any hassel. Our room was cleaned and set every day without asking so would walk into the room all looking fresh after a long day out. Very friendly staff, advised us were the best places, what places to avoid, were to purchase what we need and helped with any questions we had. Would higly reccommend this hotel to everyone, especially with children.

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms were clean every day but still was hair everywhere. We got the two rooms by the reception level and was always noisy and smoke from cigarettes. Don’t accept room 001 or 002 because you will have bad experience, noisy and disturbing. The breakfast was ok, alot of variety. Ramazan helped us with information about the city. If I book again the hotel I will request different rooms.

The hotel's location is excellent, as it allows you to see the main attractions of Istanbul without using transport, as well as the proximity of the pier, tram and marmaray, making it possible to travel to all the tourist areas of the city and to the islands. I would like to note the excellent work of the staff and especially Batu, Karina, Leila, Ramazan, since thanks to these people we received comfortable accommodation and full breakfasts. Small rooms. Hot water does not always work in the shower. You Bly one elevator. Limited breakfast. Building work taking place on top floor. Location is great. Within walking distance of all the main sights. Plenty of shops & restaurants on doorstep.

Everything is near the hotel, it's in the center. The personnel is very kind and willing to help for everything. The breakfast very various and delicious. The rooms are clean and spacious with little balconies looking at the street. You couldn't wish for a better place to stay in Istanbul.

Let me start by saying that I don't know how much a room here costs because it was included in the package I had previously purchased. However, I must say that the hotel is of an excellent standard with great cleanliness, very spacious rooms and bathrooms and a vast and quality breakfast. Advised!

I stayed 4 nights @ Hotel Florina . The location is great. Centrally located . Walking distance to all the popular attractions/ shops/ restaurants.. but first and foremost, the hotel staffs were amazing : Ramazan, Ali, Senem all made me feel at home .. when I was far away from home .The room was cleaned . The free breakfast’s were great with variety of fruits, vegetables, eggs and omelette.. I definitely recommend it to anyone who travels to Istanbul.

Hotel in the center of Sultanhamet, a few steps from the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. Polite, helpful and friendly staff. Small but clean and functional room. The only flaw is the breakfast: it is a little sparse and not well supplied for those who prefer sweet foods. Still highly recommended!
