It's very close to my friend's house. There are two relatively large shopping centers next to it. You can get tax refund directly in the shopping mall. The hotel garden is very beautiful, and the front desk is very polite. There are many small shops around, and you can also go to the shopping mall to eat.

Beautiful hotel we arrived early morning after a long flight we was expected a little later in the afternoon to check in but the staff quickly sorted our rooms so we could have a sleep.all the staff from the restaurant to the cleaners was so helpful and very polite always smiling and couldn’t do enough for us. My children loved the pancakes that was not always on the menu for the next morning but they prepared them especially for us we had a lovely time. Mr oZGor and Mr Dogukan was the most polite and helpful I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

The price is still awkward, the photos are basically true, but you know that the photos are always better than the real ones. It is close to the T1 subway station and the 92T bus stop. Nearby is a large clothing wholesale market and distribution center. The service staff is basically polite and speaks English. The swimming pool is outsourced to operate fitness and sauna, but regardless of fitness or sauna, the environment is similar to that of domestic third- and fourth-tier cities, and even worse. Overall, the price of 200 is such a consumption.

The case was 06.10.2022 Just awful!!! Nakipelo. Very rarely I write negative reviews. Everything started with what the phone called the price of 1200 lira per night, after the price came was 100$. Well, 100 means 100. I say I can pay liras - no, only dollars. I paid two days. 10 minutes later, seeing the room down and decided to leave to another. But the manager dissatisfiedly agreed to return only for 2 night. Ok stayed for 1 day. The room is big and useless. In the middle of the room is a huge column, the carpet is not for it uncomfortable. Glasses , no cups , there are paper glasses in a hotel with 5 stars. View to the street in the neighbouring old building. In the corridors the light with a movement sensor, which is not very convenient and more mad when it works for a long time. Elevators are stupid - buttons 3 times you have to call. In the bar only 2 bottles of water. Near the hotel there are no restaurants, and you can not order to the hotel, they say that there is a restaurant in which the prices are x3.

Seven Hills Palace & Spa is a wonderful hotel! The service is personal and attentive, and the facilities are very beautiful. We booked a Deluxe Sea View room overlooking the Bosphorous and the outdoor pool on the ground floor, which was very nice. They also have a sauna and steam room available to guests at no charge for 30 minutes each day. Do remember to pre-book. The restaurant on the property is called Vitale and you will not get a better meal in Istanbul! The breakfast is also expansive and includes traditional Turkish breakfast dishes. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel the hotel is a bit over-priced for the accommodations. Our room was quite small and I had hoped for a balcony after paying a lot more for a Deluxe Sea View room. We stayed at another hotel in Istanbul that was half the price with same level of service and arguably better facilities, and also closer to the attractions in Sultanahmet. Again, I cannot fault Seven Hills for anything during our stay, but the price is very high considering the facilities.

Good location and very good breakfeast, very busy hotel, stuff are good and helpfull. Just a problem with check in time it is streched to 2 pm, it is not convienient for families with young childern who may be travelling for long hours and need to settle and rest after a long flight.
