Shower was filthy! Paid more for a suite and felt like it was very dark. Coffee shop and restaurant was closed most the time. Too expensive to not have the amenities open more

My Fiancé and I only stayed for the weekend. Staff was rude and needs to get it together, other than that and me not caring like a Karen, beautiful stay! Room was clean, but conditioner wasn’t filled & you could tell by the dust it wasn’t freshly cleaned (soap dish & lamps) tub was just stained no biggie. Pool and spa close early and are in a different building just for the ones wondering (had to search for a min) & be prepared to yawn at the mildly snobby people loll! Other than that k1 racing and a bunch of other fun things to do, along with Chicago only being a 30 min drive away!

I was very upset to hear that I could not use the pool area because only four people per room can use it. One of the girls in our group was not going to even be swimming, but she still counted as a person in the pool room. I couldn’t even sit in the pool area watching the kids. I had to sit out in the lobby. I wasn’t bringing a large group of 10 people to swim. It was just one extra person. And not even all five of us were going to swim. I guess I should have booked a different hotel. We were not the only ones upset that day about the policy.

I liked the quiet time 11-7 am. I was not happy that they did not have many places to eat a meal ar their location. Room service was not avaiable that was a disappointment.
Not many television opions, they don't have streaming services available to guest, unless you subscribe to Netflex. Didn't have many movie selections.

For what it was. It's was a bit expensive. For average/ bland food. The spa was great. Other than that I would just recommend not coming here.
