My husband is Turkish and I am English, we have been to this hotel four times over nine years and always received a warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel has excellent customer service from booking, arriving and departing and we find the staff to be exceptionally courteous and hard working. The hotel is perfectly located with ease of access to transportation, sea front and the market. Overall facilities, bedrooms and communal areas are kept pristine and are very comfortable, decor is warm and welcoming. Breakfast choices are fantastically fresh with lots to choose room.

I stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights ..I found the manager and staff. Polite Helpful . Charming and welcoming ..The room was clean well maintained comfortable and bright and cheerful Good wi.fi connection and Air conditioning . Good shower and hot water.. Housekeeping in the room was excellent. Rooms were cleaned and items changed everyday .. The restaurant manageress and staff made a 100%excellent job of breakfast. Great selection of food and beverages available . Warm Bright cheerful area with relaxing music . Staff were attentive to guests needs in ths restaurant /dining area cheerful polite and friendly .. I found the restaurant/ breakfast area very very good regarding the covid 19 . Food was served by staff wearing gloves and masks . Tables chairs etc were constantly cleaned with anti bacterial liquid Hand sanitation was available . No guests were allowed to self service food or drink . The area was spotless well done to the manageress and staff .The cleanliness in the hotel was 100% in all areas . You will feel safe secure and have a very Enjoyable stay at this hotel . I can guarantee this 100%. The hotel is very central to the Metro bus and Tram for easy access to Izmir attractions . The hotel management and staff really do care about the health happiness and well being of there guests who stay here.. This is a family owned and run Hotel. It makes other chain and corporate hotels look very poor in there treatment and care of there guests ..I can recommend this hotel thoroughly to everyone ...5 * treatment for everyone who stays here 👍

This hotel is not for families!! The minute we arrived, we did not feel welcomed!! The reception staff behaviour was disrespectful to say the least, especially the female ones!!! They don't listen and their first answer is always 'No' even though the first rule in customer service book is never say 'no' to customers but must be like 'ok, I will see what I can do' or 'I will do my best'!! One strange thing is those 'see through' bathroom doors. Its not convinient for families since one can see each other when they taking a bath. The indoor pool is very small and not heated and the water is cold as a result. They also ask to wear a hair cover if you want to enter the pool, and you can buy it from them for a relatively high price!

It was really clean and the workers are friendly and location is really good in the center. I recommend everyone.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ok. Alles da was man zum Frühstück braucht.. Werde auf jeden fall nochmal hin! Jede Etage war anders farbig!! Sehr verspielt!!

Very easy to reserve online using Radisson app. Very impressed with communicating needs and expectations between Izmir and USA prior to arrival. Was able to reserve a nice seaside view room and arrange for transport (using WhatsApp) from Izmir Airport, to a local hospital and thence to the hotel. Great location, with lots to do and see nearby. Desk team gave me great recommendations for local sights and where to get a great shave and haircut! Breakfast on the 8th floor terrace was great…the selection and view was worth the price in itself! And finally, the room was quiet, comfortable and just what I needed traveling alone. Well done Radisson Park Inn Izmir! Well worth the stay!!!

Schon der erste Eindruck war sehr schlecht. Unfreundliches Personal am Empfang keine anständige Begrüßung. Habe 4 tage dort genächtigt und weder beim verlassen noch beim wieder betreten wurde man begrüßt oder verabschiedet das Personal hat einen konsequent ignoriert. Ich habe erst ein exquisites Zimmer gehabt mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer, die man aber leider nicht genießen konnte weil die Fenster so verdreckt waren. Außerdem war das Zimmer sehr kahl und die möbel schon sehr alt den Preis nicht wert leider. Die junior Suite war angenehmer und bequemer, mit blick auf die Straße. Das putzpersonal hat relativ gute Arbeit geleistet allerdings war es eher oberflächlich und die Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt aber die damen waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok kein aufwendiges Ereignis Standard Frühstück mit wenig Auswahl aber schöner Aussicht. Das personal dort war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend im Gegensatz zur Rezeption. Im großen und ganzen würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Das einzig tolle ist die Lage des Hotels aber für den Preis kann man auch ein anderes Hotel Buchen was hochwertiger ist und sauberer. In der Umgebung sind nämlich sehr viele Hotels.

Even though there was a problem with the room reservation, they upgraded our room and gave us another room. As a result, we did not suffer, thank you. I would also like to thank the employees who tried to fulfill our requests immediately.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. When we arrived at the site, the front desk told us that we had not received the order. We waited at the front desk for a long time, and finally swiped our card to check in. The location of the hotel is relatively desolate and there is nothing around. The breakfast may be because I am not used to foreign meals. I thought it was average and there was nothing to eat. There is free parking, the sanitation is decent, the room is not too new, but it's okay.
