This hotel is very clean, and the staff are polite and helpful. My only problem is with the amenities for the price of the stay. There is no breakfast, and there isn’t even a microwave in the rooms. There is also no fan in the bathrooms so we had to leave our bathroom door open. I was also overcharged. The receipt sent to my email showed the price I agreed to at booking, and the charge on my bank statement was $90 more. So dealing with the accounting department is another downer. I most likely will not stay here again.

I wasn’t aware of the $15 parking fee everytime you leave out, I booked this hotel based off the pictures provided and it looked nothing like it was, the pool was my main attraction but it unfortunately was under construction and I didn’t know. I will say it was VERY clean and quiet!

The room was very clean and comfortable, but the tub wouldn’t drain and the shower faucet made strange noises when you turned it off. I had to play with the handle in order to get it to turn all the way off.
Better instructions on how to use the elevator would have been great. We were stuck in the elevator on the 5th floor and didn’t know what to do. Tried pushing the red phone button, but no one ever answered. Not sure how the elevator finally opened, but it was very frightening!
Wish the bar/restaurant would stay open later. Nothing convenient or available close to the hotel.
Otherwise, happy about the location because across the street from the theater. Very grateful for that!!

Room was nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom flooded when I showered causing the carpet surrounding the outside of the bathroom to get soaked. Hopefully whatever is causing the leak gets fixed. Otherwise, enjoyable stay.

The only thing was the entrance to the hotel very congested and I didn’t appreciate it when I was asked to move my car when my husband was inside checking in only if you are valet parking it’s ok to sit and wait and we ended up using the parking lot across the street. Room was nice and perfect location for our concert.

The property was conveniently located to the venue that we had an event at earlier that evening. Usually we'd drive home but we decided to stay over instead.

The hotel is in walking distance to the Riverwalk path. It is also across from the Performing arts if you are looking to attend any events.
The restaurant onsite has great tasting food and their happy hour was good.
