Capital O 8307 the Garden View

I arrived at the hotel and during check in I asked about breakfast. they first said that breakfast was not served until 9am. This is not ok as I needed to be leaving for a tour before then. they offered to put some fruit by my room for me which was not ok as I was going to be very active all day. This was not resolved. Then I was given a room and the lock did not work from the inside the barrel just span meaning that the room could not be secured for me to sleep in overnight. As a lone female traveller this was obviously not ok. They then moved my room and this room was absolutely disgusting.I have uploaded images showing questionable liquid stains over the bedside tables. Mould over the chair and the bathroom was covered in urine. they tried to say that It was water until I pointed out that it was yellow and stank. They tried to offer me another room but at this point I had been made out to be a liar for saying that I had a broken lock (which they checked and confirmed) and a dirty room (pictures show this) For the first time ever during travelling I refused to spend the night here. this left me trying to find alternative accommodation at 9:30pm in an unfamiliar city as a lone female traveller. They promised a refund and this would be actioned in three days. Of course this refund never arrived but fortunately my credit card refunded me due to the overwhelming proof of unacceptable conditions.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained Hotel is situated with good surroundings and is easy to commute to any place. Clean rooms with good room service. And if someone is lazy like me then there is rooftop and bar as well to enjoy your nights.

1 STAR because there is no option for negative star. This is worst hotel of my life. I Will narrate experience from beginning. 1. Charged 500 extra for checking-in at 11:15 am (the next hotel we booked didn't even said a word for 11AM check-in) 2. The entrance wasn't even guarded. Anyone can walk till room. No safety for female at all. 3. Room was not only small but dirty. Pillows/bedsheet disgusting. Not just the room but hallway too. 4. Constant sounds from outside. Couldn't even sleep properly. 5. They didn't even bother to clean the room even after being asked. 6. After much argument changed our room and whoa!! The other room couldn't be locked from outside. The manager literally said he can't repair that. 7. And worst part- Breakfast. WHO EATS PLAIN PARATA WITH ONLY PICKEL FOR THREE DAYS??? RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF WAS LEAST OF OUR CONCERN. NEVER EVER BOOKING TOWNHOUSE IN MY LIFE. WHY THE HELL THIS HOTEL WAS CALLED TOWNHOUSE. IT FELT LIKE WE BOOKED OURSELVES PUNISHMENT.
