Pretty neat and nice homely apartment. Staffs is helpful & location is good to go around.

The location was excellant as it was on top a huge shopping mall, access to lots of food stores and transport. The business lounge was great with meeting rooms available for private appointments. The only issue I have with the hotel is that is cost 3 to 4x more than most 5 star hotels in Jakarta.

Outstanding service from the Front Desk Teams. Room was nice w/ amazing view from 10th floor. Rooftop was spacious area w/ Pool & Gym. Place is near to Citos & PIM Mall. Kuddos loves Mall. Breakfast was amazing & the food was very nice. Thank you for the service Mr soleh & Mas Raka. Definitely recommend for family & business trip.

Located in central area. Lots of restaurant and attraction nearby. Check in process was very quick and easy..

************* For the whole staff, they are kind and agile, but unfortunately for the interior of the room it's time to be refurbished, including the already broken sofa chair. Regards

The hotel location is strategic, easy to go any where, near from the center of Jakarta (some ministries), the furniture has renew however need to improve about the air condition, some of it has been operating below the standard even we have settled it at 16 degree Celsius but the room temperature still warm.
