they made to wait us for one hour to provide room and they also didn't gave air conditioner remote .

We reached hotel at 1 pm but room was not ready hence waited approx 20 min then went to room. All basic facilities available except kettle and tea coffee schache

Very bad hospitality
worst food, it was smelly and awful taste
even no complementary water
very slow service, it took an hour to give a jug of water the food was too bad to eat, i had to left it all
breakfast was also very bad, i ordered a veg sandwich they just gave me bread layered with mayo and cabbage that's it. Also didn't even give me the final gst bill

At first the hotel staff refused to give me the room, after that i complained a lot, then they let me check in and the room was also very dirty, the bathroom was even dirty, this booking was the dirtiest experience of makemytrip for me. No

The window panes, walls were not clean. Door latch was not workin, blanket was not good quality no fridge, no ac during backupproperly, no bathroom slippers.

Horrible hotel, dilapidated property, horrible room, bathroom. Service in hotel is the worst ever seen. Dont even have toilet paper in hotel. Very dingy hotel. Avoid staying at all cost.
