Na een warm welkom naar onze ruime villa gebracht. Onze koelkast was gevuld met lekkers. De beach club heeft heerlijk eten en de sfeer is goed. Fijne plek aan zee. In het bijzonder dank aan lLoechnella en Landiz voor de geweldige service die wij van hun hebben mogen ontvangen. Wij raden het resort zeker aan.

We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad op Papa***o Beach Resort. Prachtige locatie op loopafstand van het strand. De huisjes zijn erg ruim, schoon en staan vrij. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt mogelijk aan het strand en daarnaast zijn diverse eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Kortom een aanrader en voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

This was the 4th time we stayed at Papagayo beachresort in 1;5 year! We love the place its nice and quiet at the resort and all the facilities are in the neighbourhood,like the beach,restaurants music,supermarket etc. The staf(frontoffice etc)is very friendly,helpfull and so nice! The villa’s are wunderfull,nice bedrooms with each a bathroom,a lovely balcony and it is fully equiped which is so easy!

Mooi aangelegde locatie, leuke villa's die wel wat onderhoud nodig hebben. Vriendelijke, behulpzame medewerkers. Zwembad op het resort zou schoner mogen ( veel ingewaaide bladeren etcetera op de bodem en bij het filter). Beachlocatie okee.

Beste resort in de omgeving van Jan Thiel. Uitstekende service, op loopafstand van het strand, en de huisjes zijn voorzien van luxe keuken, badkamer en grote veranda. Enige punt ter verbetering zijn de (harde) matrassen van de bedden en de WIFI verbinding.

Celebrated my birthday with my sisters, we had a fantastic time. The final grade should be 4.5 but wasn’t given that option. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and cool towels. Stayed in a 4 bedroom villa stocked with champagne and fruit basket, overall the stay was great with a few cons, problems with master bedroom tv and lukewarm water in the master shower. Hector was very attentive to all the concerns raised. Would recommend having the washer and dryer dials labeled in English and instructions on how to use them in English; also our villa was at the top of the hill the staff was very considerate in picking us up and taking us down to the security gate and! us to the villa when needed. Very attentive housekeeping staff. Would have been nice to know the onsite restaurant was being renovated but the restaurant at the beach club was very good. Overall we had an awesome time!

Park is mooi opgezet, veel groen en ruim. Schoonmaak kan beter, vooral deuren etc. Auto is noodzakelijk om wat van het mooie eiland te zien. Boodschappenpakket is een aanfluiting. Volgens omschrijving zou dit ter waarde van 80 dollar zijn maar 25 komt eerder in de buurt. Supermarkt op loopafstand net als strand en zwembaden. Strand bij zwembad zou beter onderhouden moeten worden. Veel gaten en overal peuken omdat je wel mag roken maar er geen asbakken zijn. Ziet er vies uit! Wij vonden het met kleine kinderen die graag een beetje met zand spelen dus niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Jammer van dit verder mooie resort.

Rougenka, uma recepcionista muito mal educada. Me atendeu com grosseira quando fui solicitar um cartão para entrar na academia. Agiu como se eu nao fosse um hóspede do Papagayo Resort, ligou pro meu quarto acordando minha mulher pra tentar confirmar se eu era hóspede ao invés de checar no sistema. Ser educado é o mínimo que eu espero de uma pessoa que trabalha na recepção de um hotel
