Eu já me hospedei nesse hotel dezenas de vezes. Em todas elas, uma decepção. Mas sempre fico nele por falta de opção. MAS DESTA VEZ eu fui surpreendido pelo atendimento gentil e eficiente do Guilherme, na recepção: em 3 minutos ele já tinha identificado minha reserva, identificou-me como cliente elite e me ofereceu os drinks de boas vindas e me entregou a chave do quarto. Meu agradecimento e reconhecimento ao atendimento diferenciado dele. Outro ponto alto foi o ar condicionado do quarto, que nunca funciona adequadamente, mas desta vez estava perfeito: eficiente e silencioso. O ponto negativo é a conduta inexplicável de se colocar dois hóspedes no quarto e ter apenas uma toalha, e o hóspede ter que ir até a recepção buscar a segunda toalha. 🤦🏻‍♂️ A camareira arrumou o quarto (nunca tinha acontecido, após o início da pandemia!!!) e pegou duas toalhas que estavam no quarto e deixou apenas uma, tendo eu que ir até a recepção buscar outra. 🤦🏻‍♂️ À administração do hotel deixo uma sugestão: preparem quartos para dois hóspedes com duas toalhas, e no checkin, direcionem esse hóspedes para estes quartos preparados. Novamente, obrigado e parabéns ao Guilherme!
