我們在這家酒店頂樓（六樓）兩房一廳住了兩晚三天，總結一下對酒店的評價。
先説優點：首先酒店的外部景觀非常優美，特別是在六樓頂樓觀賞很舒服；其次是酒店頂樓的露台很實用，可以圍爐煮茶，觀賞日出，大大的温泉池泡温泉很舒服，温泉水非常好，皮膚都滑溜溜的，我們都沒有去古兜温泉谷泡温泉；然後是酒店周邊遊玩的項目也很多，古兜湖人徑、古兜温泉谷和財神纜車等等，基本不用出古兜温泉就可以玩兩三天；最後是古兜温泉有很多飲食店，離都付斛海鮮街二十分鐘車程，買海鮮加工，簡直是完美！！
再説説缺點：第一我們認為酒店的外部景觀值房費的七成，剩下的佔三成；第二是酒店的裝修風格很簡約，裝修設計不是很科學用起來不大方便，不是我們喜歡的類型；第三酒店的早餐很一般，酒店説是可以在一樓吃早餐，不過非常建議客人在房間吃，還説九宮格早餐不錯的，可是送到房間的食物都冷了也不好吃，我們立馬要求第二天在一樓吃早餐，酒店態度不錯，立馬安排我們去皇家SAP酒店吃，卻在吃早餐當天9:38才告訴早餐是在10點鐘結束。第四酒店房間裝修、設施、用料都很一般，窗紗都被撕爛也沒更換，因為房費就擺在那裡，雙人套房的房費是1000元左右（酒店房間全是套房），我們訂的兩房一廳是2300多元，這可是五星級酒店的收費啊！第五是酒店的服務員態度很現實，我們去酒店前跟攜程溝通好，有可能住兩個晚上就退房（通過這事以後要堅定地幫襯攜程），我們住了一個晚上後申請第三個晚上不續住，服務員的好態度立馬180度改變，對待我們冷冷淡淡令人很不舒服。

在古兜温泉度假村最裡麪，月泉湖頂端，觀湖泡湯很舒服，酒店引的是淡温泉水。酒店到古兜温泉要走20多分鐘，可以讓前台喊電瓶車，但前台不大樂意，會説在酒店泡就行了。而古兜温泉引鹹淡2種温泉水，鹹淡各有幾十個泡池，還有陳皮泡池，幹蒸等。酒店送的下午茶不好吃，陳皮茶不錯。

本人陳先生在24年12月25號入住月泉湖，約下午2點正到達酒，大堂梁小姐服務態度及禮貌相當好。
酒店房間很大很舒適，的確係放假好去處。
早餐方面，食物種類不多但味道很好。
