3-Star Hotels in Jiayuguan

I liked it very much. Cozy, clean and spacious room. Above-average friendly staff. They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

1、位置：位置不在市裡，在郊外，但是自駕游來説不影響，住這個酒店位置建議遊覽順序為：天下第一墩-嘉峪關觀城-懸臂長城，這樣不走回頭路，我們就先去的觀城，再去的懸臂長城，最後去的天下第一墩，結果發現轉回了酒店那條路，多繞了三十公里。 2、設施：酒店有個很大的停車場，停車場裏有好幾個充電樁，這個對於電車太友好了。酒店的設施也非常新。 3、衞生：床品和衞生都不錯，很乾凈，兩個大人帶三個娃，定了兩個房間，一個大床房及給三個娃定的親子房，結果到店前台姐姐説有三人間，然後我們用攜程會員免費升級了個三人間，三個娃都説睡了個好覺。 4、早餐：定房間的時候沒有注意定有早點的那個選項，第二天在前台買了早餐劵，15元一位，價格也合理，早餐種類及味道一般。 總之，不錯的一次入住體驗，推薦給自駕遊的朋友們～

Excellent location! Fuqiang Market is only a 1-minute walk away. You can go shopping during the day and at night. The room space is pretty good! Old hotel-style equipment. When the curtains are drawn, the lights in the room are a little dim, but everything is OK! Quiet ~ very quiet at night to sleep ~ cheap price ~ will stay again if I have the opportunity!

The room is large, but the facilities are a bit old, the sanitary environment is good, and the service is very good👌🏻

The hotel has a great experience in all aspects! The first thing I need to praise is the airport pick-up service. I accidentally saw that they have this service when placing an order. I contacted the hotel front desk in advance to tell the arrival time. The driver had already contacted and waited for me in advance. I was really moved. I told the driver that I was afraid of the cold, and the driver remembered it. After arriving at the store, the driver helped me with my luggage and told the front desk to arrange a warmer room. The front desk lady received me warmly, gave me a scented tea towel, and introduced the surrounding fun attractions and dining features, which is really practical for me, a newcomer to Jiayuguan. The room is large, tidy, and clean! The room was warm all night, and I coughed a little when I went downstairs in the morning. The front desk lady reminded me to wear thicker clothes and keep warm. It was very considerate! Next to it is the East Lake scenic spot, and there are many people running along the way. Breathe some fresh air, and you will be in a beautiful mood all day! In short, the experience is great, as a tourist check-in place👍👍👍

The experience from check-in to check-out was super great! The girls at the front desk were very nice (the recommended Xiaohua and Dapangzi, Huguo, Xingpi tea, and beef noodles were all delicious, and the hotel location was good, not far from these places). They also upgraded our room (thank you again). The guest rooms were very clean, and the corners of the bathroom were very clean. Whether it was the room staff or the front desk, they would greet the guests and respond to the guests' needs. It was great👍... The shampoo, shower and hand soap in the room all smelled very good, and the most favorite thing was that the pillows were so comfortable (I want to know what brand it is) I almost forgot to mention the breakfast. The restaurant was clean and sanitary, and the dishes were rich! I forgot to take pictures of the guest rooms in a hurry, but I will choose Starway Hotel in the future

How can I put it this way? The lady at the front desk was very polite when we first walked in and she was very patient with us when choosing a room to look at. The light in the room was too dark and depressing. Later, when I was looking at my phone on the bed, a spider suddenly appeared on the pillow🕷 , I was scared to death, so I told the lady at the front desk, and the lady quickly helped us change rooms, but the soundproofing of the room was too poor, we could hear chatting in the next room, and there was a constant sound of water running in the bathroom next to us. , when we finally went to bed and locked the door, we found that the door safety was broken. This was embarrassing. We had no choice but to use a chair and a clothes hanger to fix the door lock!

The room we stayed in was very quiet, and the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, and the parking space was ample. The most pleasing thing is that the hotel is very close to the entrance of the expressway. From the entrance of the hotel, go straight and pass two intersections to get on the expressway, which is very convenient for traveling by car. The hotel's breakfast is also relatively rich, with Western-style pastries and Chinese food, which is convenient for tourists with different tastes. When checking in, a young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and made people feel very comfortable. 

Good location. The bodyguard was very nice when he introduced us the best local restaurant. He also followed us to show us the way to go there. Only one comment that we booked non-smoking rooms but the hotel gave us the smoking room so the smell was not so good. Please check customers’s request at the check-in time.

Very satisfied with a trip. Free upgrade to an executive suite, the room is large, very neat, the service is also in place in time, a Mitsubishi living in the big bed is not crowded at all.
