平板落在酒店了，前台緊急聯繫我，後商議如何取回。總體來説判斷準確，處置妥當，反應迅速，符合麗笙酒店的一貫處置水準。另外，天熱我出去走一圈後前台也給了一瓶水，總體來説服務標準還是非常高的。服務水平和住宿條件屬於國內較高水準。
