波羅的海海灘酒店非常棒，舒適，靠近海邊，太美了，非常喜歡這裏，整個酒店的環境和服務都很好，超級nice

Went here to pick up stuff that a friend of my sister left behind on her school trip. She had been in contact with the hotel and they told her it could be picked up in the reception. Went there and the service was very bad. Gave them check out date and room, but there was no help to get at all.

I stayed at this hotel for one day before my long flight back home. I had a very relaxing experience, free of any worries, as everything was well-organized: exclusive access to the beach, fantastic breakfast, sea water swimming pool and saunas that were included in the price. Shopping at the apparel, glasses and jewelry boutique stores in the hotel lobby was fun. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

There were lots of spiderwebs in the balcony of my room and the bottle opener in my room was absolutely filthy. Moreover, the shower head was covered by black mould.

So far not a great experience - there is no functioning internet in the room. I informed the administrator about it - and I was told that “there are no options” since it’s a Sunday. I was also disappointed about the lack of customer service - usually hotels apologise for something like this. This one - nope. I also waited 40+ minutes for kids soup in a restaurant today (and it didn’t look that full).

Номер неплохой, жёлтоватое полотенце,массажный администратор неочень Виктория,услуги не все предоставили-что было включено!По многу раз повторяли,надоело слушать-типо издевательство,врут!Завтрак роскошный,администратор Ольга более менее неплохая,море впечатляет с пляжем.Подченноные в отеле норм.В заключение хочу с сыном написать,гребные 6 человек портят нашу жизнь,из-за операции моей!!!Может вы поможете разобраться со всем этим???

Начну с общего впечатления. Конечно, расположение прекрасно, прямо у моря. Есть лежаки с мягкими матрасом. Но там всегда есть зарезервированные места для специальных лиц. И продают места для людей со стороны. Получается, что жля проживающих нет никакого преимущества. Ты точно так можешь не найти места, как и левый человек. С первых минут ощущение, что в отеле ничего не изменилось с тех пор, когда сюда приезжали всякие знаменитости, и всё внимание было направлено на них. Для них резервировали дорожки в бассейне на целый день и т.д. Весь персонал занят какой-то загадочной работой, на ресепшене все напряжённые, никто не улыбается, а про приветственный drink как положено в 5-ти звёздочном отеле я вообще молчу. На стойке регистрации на тебя вообще могут не обращать никакого внимания, занимаясь своим загадочным делами. Персонал ругается матом. Резервации всего. Куда угодно можно прийти и обнаружить, что ты не можешь куда-то сесть, лечь и т.д. Короче, очень напоминает отель советских времён, когда всё для особых и избранных , а тебе совсем не рады. Омлет за деньги за завтраком.Первый раз такое встречаю в пятизведочном отеле. Кофе наливают холодный .Самому наливать нельзя почему-то. Плохо убирают и накрывают Столы Салфеток не найти На маникюр можно записаться, только заплатив вперёд. Деньги если что не возвращают. Недостаточно в номере шкафчиков в санузле. Некуда положить свои вещи. Ни полочек, ничего. Нет набора с ватными дисками и палочками. Отель нуждается в реконструкции. Номера очень старые.

very pleasant welcome. a small cake for our 10-year wedding anniversary was waiting for us in the hotel room. The hotel is beautiful, several restaurants, very tasty food. Spa with sea water - great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff are attentive and friendly. Thank you so much for making our anniversary special. We will definitely come again 🙂
