I took my two daughters on a staycation, and this hotel is very competitively priced compared to Zhengzhou. The pool is decent and the buffet is worth trying. Situated right next to a mall it offers enough to keep busy whilst being a springboard for sightseeing in Kaifeng. It would be good to be a little closer to downtown areas as you would need to rely on taxi services to and from to get anywhere. Still, I would come back again.

The hotel is not far from several major scenic spots and has its own parking lot. The breakfast next door is delicious, the bedding is clean and sanitary, and the facilities are a bit old, but the service at the front desk is very good. They upgraded our room for free, and it was very quiet to sleep. When we checked out, they also gave us Kaifeng specialty: peanut cake. Thank you for the hotel's thoughtfulness!

環境和設施：非常乾淨衞生。套房相當不錯，兩居室，都有洗手間，非常方便。兩張雙人大床，特別舒服，比家裡的床還舒服。洗漱用品齊全。電視都是聲控的。服務：態度特別特別好。我們提前到了，也沒有讓我們等待。還幫我們升級了套房。走廊裏遇到打掃的阿姨也和我們問好。找不到餐廳也有工作人員指引。感覺到温馨舒服。位置：想去清明上河園玩的，推薦住這裏，好近。門口是十字路口，過馬路就到了。直接到公園的端門。導航直接就過來，門口和地下都有停車場，十分方便。餐飲：早餐十分豐盛，各種炒菜好多種。中式西式點心麪包，牛奶咖啡豆漿。一直對維也納國際酒店印象很好。去其他城市也住過，對早餐印象深刻，這次入住開封體驗也非常好。父母對住宿衞生很在意，都是非常滿意的。

I came to Kaifeng, Henan for a self-driving tour during the Spring Festival. I booked 2 rooms here and stayed for two nights. The hotel is located outside the city wall of the old city. Opposite is the Songcheng of Bianliang, which is convenient for eating! The hotel has a large ground parking lot🅿️. The hotel service is good and humane. The facilities are OK, but after all, they are a bit old. Compared with the price, it is cost-effective. The hotel's breakfast is good and rich. But there are many people during the New Year, and it is a bit crowded.

Unexpectedly, Mr. Li at the front desk saw that I brought the elderly with me and immediately arranged a room for me and upgraded it. I came to Kaifeng and booked the Huaqianshu Licheng Hotel online. The overall feeling of staying for one night was good. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and the room facilities were reasonably laid out. The most important thing to put forward was that the bed was very comfortable to sleep, clean and hygienic. After staying at night, it was convenient to eat around. The hotel has its own free parking lot. Breakfast is not bad. Good night yogurt was delivered at night, and local snack peanut sugar was also delivered at check-out in the morning.

For me, this is a very good hotel. First of all, the lady at the front desk is very friendly. The two requirements I noted when booking the hotel: clean and quiet were perfectly realized. Because the high-speed train is late, the lady at the front desk also helped me. The late check-out arrangement was particularly good. The hotel is next to what is said to be Jinming Pond, and the scenery is pretty good. The breakfast is also very rich, with fruit snacks, freshly ground coffee, and pasta. There are many kinds. The hotel is relatively close to the Kaifeng Museum and can be reached in a short drive. The Kaifeng Museum is worth a visit. I recommend it to everyone to see the ancient city of Kaifeng and the origin of the city. All in all, it’s highly recommended, with good service, good breakfast, and clean rooms.

I was originally meant to stay at this hotel for just 2 nights before heading to Zhengzhou, but then Henan was hit by flooding. The hotel allowed me to extend my stay and keep the same room. The hotel receptionists were fantastic, answered all my questions and helped me a lot, despite the language barrier. They even helped me get to a nearby hospital when I was injured. They are an absolute credit to the hotel. Thank you. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Kaifeng. All the main tourist sites are within walking distance, and the night market is only a couple of minutes down the road. If I was to visit Kaifeng again I would definitely stay at this hotel.

如果滿分10分，我會打11分。這不是我們固定思維裏的民宿，更不同於一般的酒店。從門前開始，前廳、迴廊、房間…有文化，有故事，有心思。它是民宿，因為不僅僅是老闆自己在經營，設計是從國外學成歸來的女兒，建設是老闆娘的弟弟，我反覆問了好多遍，因為實在很像是成熟設計師的手筆。它是民宿，卻呈現出專業管理。從電話接待，提前預熱房間，到布草備品，都是星級酒店的水準。哪怕是較小的榻榻米房間，零壓床墊和零壓枕都十分舒適。它是民宿，卻充滿了青旅的熱情和熱烈。我常常出行，已經習慣了現在酒店的制式微笑、精品民宿的重裝修氛圍卻無標準化服務。但在這裏，你會體驗到什麼是賓至如歸。是的，賓至如歸。我們全家到達時已接近晚上九點，路上前台小哥就告訴我們，如果沒吃飯建議吃完再過來，並且貼心的發了就餐建議和導航位置。到達時，想要把車停在門口，老闆娘二話不説把自家的車挪走騰出車位。進入前廳，看到許多人在喝茶，原來是老闆舊友閑敍。然而並不吵鬧，衹看到一爐茶煙，安靜又熱烈，暖意十足。小哥説他們馬上就走了，我們可以下來圍爐煮茶。待我帶着孩子下樓，老闆正在喝茶，招呼我們過去，給孩子烤上了橘子紅薯花生年糕，又塞了一大把瓜子。於是我和孩子與他們熱聊了好久。美麗細緻的老闆娘，通透大方的老闆，爽朗真切的大舅哥，帶給了我和孩子驚訝驚艷又親切親熱的一爐夜話。孩子説，他們真好啊。非常遺憾的是因為個人原因，定了兩晚卻不得不提前離開。臨走告別這日恰逢冬至，老闆一家正張羅着包餃子，喊我們一起包一起吃。依依不捨告別的時候，老闆給我們講了門前設計背後的文化故事，孩子從屋檐下掰下長長的冰稜，冬日正好，此行真好。感謝衹此青綠，感謝老闆全家的款待，還會再來。祝好。新年快樂！
