"Heard Yang Yang was in Kaifeng. I specially drove over from Zhengzhou and booked a hotel room. Figuring a full day of sightseeing would be tiring and sweltering, there was no point heading back right away. Staying overnight lets me keep exploring tomorrow anyway, since the ticket’s valid for three days.
I compared tons of places online, and this one’s fairly priced with a nice look. Just went ahead and booked it—take a chance if it’s not perfect.
Dragged my tired self and family over to the hotel area. Traffic wasn’t bad today, otherwise parking would’ve been a hassle. Lucky there’s a free parking lot right here, no need to hunt for a spot. But surprisingly, there’s a charging station right opposite! Why didn’t the hotel mention it at all? I went to charge my car tonight. It’s a hybrid, but every bit saved counts.
The hotel itself is solid and decent: clean, simple, with all the basic amenities you need. Pretty great!
Checked out the next day fully recharged to keep having fun. Still out and about now, nowhere near heading home. Bored hiding in the bathroom right now, so I’m writing this review to recommend it. If it gets too late, I might even book another night here again."

This particular one in Kaifeng is right next to Gulou (Drum Tower), and you can even see it from your room! It's perfect for enjoying the night market in the evenings. Even though it's in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet at night. Catching a taxi right outside the hotel was also pretty easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, like Di Yi Lou, making it convenient to try local specialties. The price is a bit higher compared to similar places, but it's definitely worth it."

The location is excellent. It's super close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden – just a short stroll away. It's also conveniently near the night market.
**Facilities:** The rooms are very spacious and incredibly quiet. There's a large bathtub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
**Environment:** The garden hotel setting truly offers a refined and elegant atmosphere.
**Service:** The staff are very enthusiastic and welcoming.
Plus, the hotel breakfast is outstanding. The *Hulatang* (spicy soup) they serve is surprisingly even better than what you can buy outside, with more generous ingredients. The chicken noodle soup has a wonderfully rich chicken flavor.
If you're visiting Kaifeng, this hotel is definitely worth staying at."

The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting."

The hotel is right in the heart of the ancient city, just a 5-minute walk from the Shudianjie Night Market. If you're driving, there's free parking directly opposite the hotel, and it's a convenient drive to places like Xiangguo Temple and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden.
The hotel is a trendy design hotel that opened in 2025. The lobby is located on the fourth floor and accessible directly by elevator.
⚠️ The rooms are spacious and bright. Do note that for inner-facing rooms, the 'floor-to-ceiling window' looks out onto a wall and doesn't offer ventilation. The entire room is equipped with smart voice control, high-end toiletries, and a mini-fridge. There's a QR code by the bed for some complimentary items. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the room is quiet.
The lobby offers 24-hour refreshments and drinks. During afternoon tea, there's an unlimited supply of fruits and desserts. Complimentary cocktails are offered every evening, and breakfast is served until 11 AM, with a good variety of tasty options. The front desk staff provided warm and efficient service throughout our stay."

"Traveling with family, we were looking for a hotel with large twin beds, and we found this one that actually had two 1.8-meter beds! It's perfect for families with two children. We opted for the 1.8m and 1.3m family suite, which came with a living room and was quite spacious. The massage chair was brand new and very comfortable. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff proactively introduced local attractions during check-in, recommended places to eat, and even provided a tourist map. They also have a laundry room with a dryer, which is very convenient. For just over 200 during the off-season, it was an incredible value. It's also very close to Kaifeng Mansion, just a few hundred meters away. We managed to rush with our two kids and even caught the opening ceremony!"
