The hotel is clean, and the service was outstanding. During breakfast, my friend accidentally dropped a plate, and the restaurant staff immediately checked if they were hurt. It was both thoughtful and professional! Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is right next to the Drum Tower, nestled in the heart of the ancient city. They offer free parking, making it super convenient to get to all the scenic spots. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and there are tons of dining options around. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, service, and facilities across the board. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out! All in all, it's a trustworthy hotel that I'd definitely choose again."

"Extremely satisfied! The location is great, close to both the train station and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room was very spacious, and the bathtub was a huge plus! The disposable amenities were comprehensive and of good quality, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was also excellent! Hanfu Styling: The Hanfu styling we booked was also beautiful. Getting our makeup done in the morning allowed us to spend the whole day at Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden getting some amazing photos. The stylist did a wonderful job; we had pearl-themed makeup and kept getting compliments from passersby about how pretty we looked."

"Exceeded my expectations! It's located in a bustling area but off the main road, so it's quiet. All the attractions in Kaifeng city are within walking distance or a short electric scooter ride away. The public areas are spacious, and kids can play arcade games. The service was also great; they called ahead to ask about room preferences and even provided welcome fruit and breakfast vouchers. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. Just a suggestion: the auntie at the noodle station should wear a mask. I'd definitely stay at a H Hotel again if they have locations in other cities. Hope they open more branches!"

"Heard Yang Yang was in Kaifeng. I specially drove over from Zhengzhou and booked a hotel room. Figuring a full day of sightseeing would be tiring and sweltering, there was no point heading back right away. Staying overnight lets me keep exploring tomorrow anyway, since the ticket’s valid for three days. I compared tons of places online, and this one’s fairly priced with a nice look. Just went ahead and booked it—take a chance if it’s not perfect. Dragged my tired self and family over to the hotel area. Traffic wasn’t bad today, otherwise parking would’ve been a hassle. Lucky there’s a free parking lot right here, no need to hunt for a spot. But surprisingly, there’s a charging station right opposite! Why didn’t the hotel mention it at all? I went to charge my car tonight. It’s a hybrid, but every bit saved counts. The hotel itself is solid and decent: clean, simple, with all the basic amenities you need. Pretty great! Checked out the next day fully recharged to keep having fun. Still out and about now, nowhere near heading home. Bored hiding in the bathroom right now, so I’m writing this review to recommend it. If it gets too late, I might even book another night here again."
