老實説，這個價錢是一分錢一分貨，所以沒什麼好抱怨的。走幾步就可以到華潤萬家，附近吃喝玩樂還是挺方便的。衞生間是在陽台上，總體來説有點簡陋。因為是在大道上，所以可能會有點吵。
