In addition to the problem with the hot water faucet in the room I live in (the shower head of the direct heating water heater is gone, the centralized hot water shower in the wall does not heat up after waiting for 20 minutes. I want to unscrew it and connect it to the direct heating water heater. I couldn't unscrew it because I didn't have a wrench. I don't know if this is the case in other rooms. In the end, I could only use my palm to pour water on myself from the hot water outlet of the direct heating electric water heater. Everything else was fine. The breakfast tasted good in the morning. Look at it. The seaside scenery is also good, so check the hot water before checking in. If it doesn't work, ask to change rooms immediately to avoid getting into trouble.

Difficult to find if you arrive by car, there is a car park very close by. Very nice check in, helpful staff. We had sea view room with balcony which was nice, A/C worked well. Very central location which is important as the village has very steep hills everywhere and can be challenging to navigate if you are at the top or bottom of the centre. I heard the club music can be loud but I had no issue at all. Would return next time in Kas but I will skip the Indian restaurant (separate review)

Merkezi konumda olmasi ve heryere yakinligi arac kullanmadan hareket etmemizi sagladi.
Dezavantajlari: gece kluplerine yakin oldugu icin gece saat 2:00 a kadar yuksek sesli muzikler geliyor.ve otoparki bulunmadigi icin aracinizi bir otoparka birakip otele ulasiyor olmaniz

Das kleine Hotel verfügt über eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Hier kann man sein Frühstück einnehmen oder am Abend essen oder trinken. Das Frühstück wurde schön angerichtet und es war schmackhaft.Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unsere Wünsche, Zimmerwechsel, zusätzliche Bettdecke, wurden sofort erledigt . Leider hatten wir nur Economy Zimmer gebucht, welche sehr klein und dunkel waren. Leider war auf Grund von Renovierung auch nicht alles sauber, z.B.Haare im Bad, Boden verunreinigt.

Nice hotel with lovely staff you definitely should try indian restaurant at roof top terrace. The view is amazing. Also my room was cleaning everyday. The breakfast is very good. But the club noise in the midnight is very boring you can’t sleep

This is a great value 3 star hotel. Right in the centre of Kalkan, near bars, shops and restaurants. Staff lovely especially welcoming was the girl on reception. They provide a lovely Turkish breakfast on the roof terrace with lovely views over the harbour.

The lady running reception is really excellent - but that's where the good news end.
The location should be a plus so close to the harbour but unfortunately (and not their fault) you are within 50 yards of the clubs which pound out the loud music until 2 am.
In the room itself, beds are very hard and uncomfortable with just one cover and the aircon was such that you either froze or suffocated. The tiny bathroom flooded every time the shower was used, clearly the drain hadn't been cleaned, so the wet floor made it pretty dangerous.
Plenty of storage space.
Breakfast was pretty poor and certainly not plentiful.
I wouldn't chose Zinbad again.

Booked this because of all the amazing reviews and ratings but for us it was average. Plus points it’s right near the harbour and walking to all the bars, cafes and restaurants. Amazing views from the roof top restaurant at breakfast. Negatives…NOISE omg didn’t realise 2 nightclubs the next street. The room was shaking until 3am. Tiny bathroom you would struggle if a larger person. Also breakfast was ok. Eggs, salad and bread basically. No fruit juices just tea and coffee
