Babrah, Gillian and all personnel at the front desk very charming and accomdating. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The food was excellent and the rooms spacious and tidy. Shout to housekeeping crew for a job always well done.

The front desk team received me with a great warmest welcome. But each time my guest coming to they look at them with some suspicion. Notwithstanding the front team were friendly with me. Some of the restaurant staff were very polite, nice and helpful. Not forgotten the house keeper hard working lady. My experience was perfect. I enjoyed the wide variety of meals , breakfast was always amazing. Good wine and drinks selection at the bar. My room was cosy, very clean and comfortable. Good wifi and huge TV with enough Movies and sports to choose from. The staff are friendly and always eager to help . The location is quiet , serene. In a good neighbourhood. Easy access to malls and other amenities. They provide airport transfers I will definitely visit again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful Room and bathroom were decent sized, food was good but took a while to get there. Front desk was super helpful and always accommodating - good work. Amenities and everything needed was provided, useful if you add a toothbrush and toothpaste as well. I wrote this just after checking out.

The rooms are nice and beautiful, l really loved my stay at the hotel. Had so much fun walking around the beautiful hotel. The food was amazing, had a chance to taste some Ugandan food. The services were good, the employees are so friendly. Thank you!

I really loved the pillows they were really fluffy,I had really good sleep. The rooms are amazing I love the room set up it comfy and makes you feel at home. The bathrooms are also great I like how the service refills the products each morning after cleaning.

We've been to several hotels around Kampala but Golden Tulip is still our favourite. The rooms are so comfortable and family friendly. The staff are amazing and our children love the fact that the pool is very private. Such a beautiful experience each time we come. Thank you always!
