The a/c of the previous room wasn't working, the staff immediately shifted us to another room. Not only that, they immediately got the a/c fixed too so that the next traveller don't have to suffer. Really appreciated the prompt service. Food and hospitality was quite good in fact very good, hotel is situated in prime location. The only drawback- rooms are on the 2nd floor.
