Very very very very friendly staff at reception and also the restaurant. So many different choices to accommodate everyone. Highly recommend the dessert section! Coffee mousse and banana pudding are magnificent. Definitely coming back here

Amazing food and drinks at the Oak Ray restaurant. Great variety and selection of all food, excellent customer service/ super helpful. Amazing view with your food making the experience even better!! Definitely coming back here for another meal! Highly recommend

Beddengoed was vies en niet ververst, het dient gezegd: na melding bij de receptie werd dit snel verholpen. Al bij al is het hotel nogal uitgewoond allerlei kleins dat stuk is. Het plafond in mijn kamer was ook bijzonder. (Zie foto). Er zitten geen stopcontacten in de buurt van het bed. De kamer is erg groot, schaars bemeubeld en hierdoor vrij ongezellig.

Best place to stay.All good. The food was great and the ambience was also excellent. Ths staffs are also helpful. The river view is very good and it is pleasant in the morning with the mountain views. the hotel is very accessible and statue shops and cloth shop is nearby. Special thanks to Iran Selliah.

Is this is a club or a hotel? There was organised party going on on the floor below us while we stayed here with our TUI travel group. The sound was so loud that we couldnt sleep till late in the night. We had to get up at 6 AM. I called the reception 2 times but they didnt solve anything. Again is this a club or a hotel? You should be ashamed to treat your guests like this. A hotel needs to to secure their guests rest and sleep. Start a party centre and not a hotel. Future guests be warned.

Loved the experience here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists who are visiting Kandy for the first time. We were given varieties of food for both breakfast and dinner. Also personally i got to enjoy my breakfast with a beautiful river view. The hospitality was wonderful as well. Thank you Oak ray for the wonderful stay.

One of the best hotels i have ever been to. Its definitely not a 3 star hotel. It could easily pass as a 4 star hotel. Very spacious rooms with massive bathrooms . Great customer service. Delicious food eventhough the variety is a little bit low. It was buffets for all 3 meals with live cooking stations. Can not complain about anything. Kid friendly.

Overall a pleasant stay. The rooms provided were triple rooms even though we booked double. But definitely no complaints they were very spacious and clean. One room had a balcony area as well. The food was tasty and a reasonable variety was there. Helpful attentive staff. The rooftop area is a very nice place to be in the evening or early morning.
