Is this is a club or a hotel? There was organised party going on on the floor below us while we stayed here with our TUI travel group. The sound was so loud that we couldnt sleep till late in the night. We had to get up at 6 AM. I called the reception 2 times but they didnt solve anything. Again is this a club or a hotel? You should be ashamed to treat your guests like this. A hotel needs to to secure their guests rest and sleep. Start a party centre and not a hotel. Future guests be warned.

Loved the experience here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists who are visiting Kandy for the first time. We were given varieties of food for both breakfast and dinner. Also personally i got to enjoy my breakfast with a beautiful river view. The hospitality was wonderful as well. Thank you Oak ray for the wonderful stay.

One of the best hotels i have ever been to. Its definitely not a 3 star hotel. It could easily pass as a 4 star hotel. Very spacious rooms with massive bathrooms . Great customer service. Delicious food eventhough the variety is a little bit low. It was buffets for all 3 meals with live cooking stations. Can not complain about anything. Kid friendly.

Overall a pleasant stay. The rooms provided were triple rooms even though we booked double. But definitely no complaints they were very spacious and clean. One room had a balcony area as well. The food was tasty and a reasonable variety was there. Helpful attentive staff. The rooftop area is a very nice place to be in the evening or early morning.

Abbiamo trascorso un paio di notti. Appena si entra la hall è molto bella e luminosa. Per raggiungere la sala da colazione e cena un viaggio. Qualità del cibo discreta. Stanza mediocre e rumorosa. Piscina all'ultimo piano gradevole, bella la vista panoramica.

First time to Oakray Regency Kandy & wish we could come back again…..great hospitality..specious rooms with view of the river….Umesha at the front office was so friendly & we thank her for been so kind.overall lovely place for your holiday & highly recommended ❤️
