Room are bit small, as i was staying alone it was fine but as compared to the money i think it’s not worth.

This is one of the best resort if you are considering surrounding and beach access. You got defacto private beach access with almost no restriction and you can enjoy the beach at any given point of time. Palm tree garden is simply awesome. Rooms are neat and tidy but still need lot of work, there are lot's of ants in bathroom in night and there is no care about it. Most of the woods in room are simply aged and getting out of their place. You dont' get your items simply as per routine, you need to ask for it. There is no tv in the deluxe room as well, i never thought of that at the time of booking. There is no shower option outside after beach bath. You need to go to room with all sands and make your room dirty. Manager mr. Shyam was so good to help you in every regards, people and service is good, only thing that you need to ask for it.

Hoe l ambiance is good and fresh. Underground parking. Very near to kannur centre and ksrtc bus stand. Staff response is good. Neat rooms & toilet facility is also good. Hot water available. Size of the room is enough. No restaurant with this property. Overall good for family stay.
