Sehr schönes Zimmer, gute Pizza, alles sauber und vor allem ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher Empfang, die Kollegin ist sehr hilfsbereit und geht flwxibel auf Sonderwünsche ein (Frühstück vor der Zeit zB). Sauna und Pool in gutem Zustand, auch hier flexibel bzgl Zeiten, wenn man als Sportler kommt.

Schönes Hotel in schöner Lage. Freundlicher Empfang und Versorgung mit allen Informationen. Frühstück fantastisch. Eine günstige Lage für die Erkundung der gesamten Region Kaprun/Zell am See. Wir haben die Minibar ein wenig vermisst, oder den Wasserkocher, aber es gibt einen Automaten an der Rezeption und das kann man auch anders machen.

Lovely mountain view from the rooms on the upper floors. Nice breakfast, dinner and friendly staff. Lots of free parking. The pool area is rather small and doesn’t match the spacey areas with grass in the photos of the hotel on the website. The pool temperature was a bit fresh in the cloudy days - it probably isn’t heated. Thanks for welcome drinks and a bottle champagne. Excellent way to be welcomed.

We had a wonderful week staying at the Sonnblick. The suite was very spacious and comfortable with an incredible view over the mountains and the balcony meant that we could sit outside in the warm evenings. We used the pool and spa area, which were immaculate, and had a choice to dine inside or out (food delicious). All staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We have stayed here many times and it has been really enjoyable every time thanks to Michaela, Eric and their staff.

Das Personal ist durch die Bank weg unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend - solch einen tollen Service habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Zimmer war ebenfalls super, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Essen war fantastisch, sehr lecker, jeden Abend eine andere Haupt- und Nachspeise im Rahmen des Menüs, und Extrawünsche wurden ebenfalls berücksichtigt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, insbesondere die Brot- und Brötchenauswahl. Lediglich der Kaffee war nicht ganz so mein Geschmack, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir waren in einem der Appartements, die in einem eigenen Haus etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt sind, und haben das Frühstück im Hotel dazu gebucht. Dieses war sehr gut und ausgiebig. Wir konnten auch den Pool und den Wellness-Bereich des Hotels mitbenutzen. Für uns als Familie eine ideale Kombination, und ein echt netter Urlaub.

Nocowaliśmy w apartamencie Sonnblick. Bardzo ładny Apartement w starej zabudowie z pięknym widokiem wprost na szczyt i lodowiec Kitzsteinhorn, pokój z dużym balkonem, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, w którym znajduje się nawet ekspres i kapsułki do ekspresu. Był to już nasz drugi pobyt w tym miejscu i bardzo polecamy Apartamenty i Hotel Sonnblick. Poprzednio mieliśmy wykupione śniadania które były pyszne, w tym roku ich nie wykupiliśmy i trochę żałowaliśmy :) Do tego bezpłatny parking w sąsiedztwie Apartamentu oraz co najważniejsze darmowa karta SommerCard :) Poza tym Kaprun to piękne i spokojne miasteczko które każdemu się spodoba. Polecamy!!!

Wir haben als Familie unsere Osterferien in Kaprun verbracht und waren mit dem Hotel mehr als zufrieden. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Bergblick. Vom Bett aus hatte man einen Panoramablick über zwei Fensterfronten und konnte sich von den verschneiten Bergspitzen verzaubern lassen. Das Essen war köstlich und von hoher Qualität. Es gab immer ein extra Angebot für Kinder (ca 3 verschiedene Gerichte) und es wurde auf alle extra Wünsche unserer ess-ich-nicht-Kinder eingegangen. Die Servicekräfte waren unglaublich nett und absolut herzlich. Der Pool war trotz winterlicher Außentemperaturen schön warm. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
